“I placed my order December 3 and never received it. So I canceled it . They responded and said I'd only get a 10 percent refund. WTF. I paid 100% of the money for a 10% refund. SCAM!”

“I read a number of reviews after ordering and it made me worry. However I have received my order which took a bit longer than expected and when compared to amazon but arrived at the date and time texted to me and I am happy with the product.”

“This company is a HUGE SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER!!!! No where does it state this is shipped from China - horrible customer service. And we have not received any of the items we ordered and it has been almost two months since i placed the order!! DO NOT ORDER!”

“Your company is a rip off! The onsies that I ordered or not like pictures. They are of very poor quality. In addition, you have a message about accepting returned but NO CONTACT INFORMATION OR ADDRESS. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE”

“Arrived way faster than anticipated so much so that I was confounded when security told me a delivery has arrived. Fabric and stitching are of good standard. I own a Manufacturing company so the two áreas that need very mínimal adjustment I'll just have a few sitches added.”

“Beware! Do not buy from this site. No return address, and returns are not free! The items are shipped from Germany and quite frankly the dress I ordered is nothing like the photo, it is a piece of utter tat!”

“I have placed an order there is no where that I am able to track this order. There is no contact number if you go to the contact section you are taken back into your account. How do you run a bussiness in this fashion. The money has being recieved but they have not sent the product. I want to track the parcel and get taken back to my account which says processing. This leads me to think that this is 0ne huge scam. How do companies get away with this. Its theft. Its not keeping your customer informed. Shame on you veryvoga. I would like you to send me what I have paid for.”

“Enorme arnaque! Fuyez! Les produits sont de très mauvaise qualité, aucune finition et ne correspondent pas au descriptif. Le retour est impossible et la société refuse de rembourser. Ils font du chantage, c'est une honte qu'une telle société puisse exister en Europe... Faites moi confiance, si vous n'avez pas d'argent à jeter par la fenêtre, fuyez!”

“I ordered a pair of shoes, which were delivered very speedily. However, when I tried to return the item and get a refund the process was impossible. A month later I am still fighting with them to get my money back. Would not recommend.”

“You must NEVER buy anything from them! I ordered two dresses from them for me and my daughter. They where supposed to be exactly the same dresses, but in different colours. The dresses in the picture seemed to be glittering. But when we got them, they didn't look like the picture at all. My dress had big sequines, my daughters dress had small sequines. They were awful! And some sequines on her arm was felled off. Veryvoga sent me an adress in Belgium for return. They said they never recived the dresses. And they didn't pay me back all the amount. The refund was only 40%. I lost $100 on this trade. Never, ever trust Veryvoga!”

“You know if there was a five star plus rating I would give that rating for these shoes. I think they look amazing cannot believe the price I paid for them. If you like to the look of them in the picture they will not disappoint you at all. They really are a nice fit too.”

“These boots I have literally been waiting so long to find! I do not own any pair like them as I have not seen anything that I like the look of other than these They look exactly how they look in the photo! They are perfect and beautifully hand crafted from the softest leather - they have a lovely soft fur lining inside and in the soles of the boot so they are so comfortable, and so comfortable to walk in too. They have a zip the whole way up the leg also, so youare not fiddling around to adjust the laces every time you put them on! Im so happy with them I'm buying the other chocolate colour soon xxx”

“I wrote in for a refund returned the shoes because they were such poor quality they were useless. I chased for an answer for 2 weeks. They eventually got back to me saying I could have a refund if I removed my negative review. That is their position, only refund if I remove my review. I think this is not legal. Also creating an account for reviews means giving all this personal info I don't have. I just want a refund as they have their shoes back. I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole now. They are black mailing me for what is my legal right. I'm reporting to trading standards.”
