“Unfortunately my set came without the handle/stick. I tried to contact the customer service twice by email but they didn’t answer. I am very disappointed. Next time I will order from Amazon, but for sure I won’t order Vileda products again.”

“Good products for both dishwashing and cleaning, but Vileda appears not to now manufacture the best cloth it made which was the Microfibre all-purpose cloth and the Univel micro all purpose cloth, both in the colour blue. They were very long lasting, perhaps that was the problem.”

“I ordered this item over a week ago on next day delivery (stated on their website). It eventually arrived four days late as it had been sent originally to the incorrect town! I would not take delivery of it when it did arrive as the packaging was open and the polystyrene that had protected the top was crushed and the line was protruding. I have asked for a replacement as I do rate the line as I had one previously but it has still not arrived so I wait in hope. I would not order online from them again.”
