Slow delivery process ...maybe its Aust Post but over 2 weeks from order before expected delivery is not great.

Slow in delivery Ordered 3 cases 3 weeks ago only 2 have arrived Wrote to vinomofo last week and still no delivery How many times do I have to contact you?

Hi Margaret, Thanks very much for getting in touch, and we are sorry about the delay with your order. AusPost are well and truly under the pump at the moment, with everyone ordering online and a cut back to the amount of staff they can have in their facilities they are experiencing significant delays. What we are noticing is that AusPost are not scanning our parcels when they leave our warehouse, with the next scan happening when they are just about to be delivered. So while it can look like nothing is happening, please feel very reassured that your wine is on it's way and should arrive soon. Once again apologies for the delay, and if you're order hasn't arrived by the end of the week please let us know by contacting 1800 663 419. Otherwise I hope you enjoy the wine when it arrives. Delivery took over a week and one of the cases of Yarra Valley Pinot Noir will need to be returned due to customer dissatisfaction.

I have bought wine through a friend that was a member at Vinomofo as I had been burnt before with online wine merchants. I finally decided to take the plunge and become a member. My god what had been keeping me so long! My first experience was flawless, I now have the most AMAZING consultant Jordan who I highly recommend to all my friends and business associates. Hi Fo crew, have just joined up with the FO & have my goto person extrodaanare..... Phoebe James.... I am abit chuffed about that & the Phoeebs is great to deal with, well done your outfit. I have been with another outfit who sold their soul to the Splurffy & often were asked about a review on the product....so here is mine. Phoebe recommended a 2018 Cab Sav Leconfield from the Warra & it drinks well with... Dead Swine, Jumbuck & Bovine on Buns....well done the Phoeeeebs.... Huzzah.... I love Vinomofo. Quality wines at a decent price. My only problem is how do you chose from the extensive range? I have found that you really can't go past the Black Market Deals.

Very happy with my purchases, but whilst I understand we are dealing with difficult circumstances, my purchase was for 2 x dozen bottles and could not understand why aust post split the delivery 5 days apart. I do wish to note the delivery driver was very good and accomodating.

Everything great except delivery.I work in a hospital so can't have delivery to work so put my brother's address as my postal address.They were home (also vinomfo members) due to Lockdown Melbourne,but delivery note left saying no one was home?...no bell rung or door knock?It was then taken to local post office.I had the email with bar code to pick it up but Australia Post aren't allowed to give the parcel without proof of address...but it was my brother's home not mine-anyway... felt sorry for me so gave it to me but all very irritating.

Had a small hiccup with my first order that was resolved quickly and very efficiently. I was more than pleased with the resolution and I was on my way to purchasing my next box which has been a delight and very tasty. Glad I stuck with this company!
