Their delivery is pathetic, instructions to leave parcel in secure place near front door. First time left in open space full sunlight at the gate WTF, second time at the post office. No apology just go to the post office and pick it up !! Be careful with this crowd of muppets

Ordered 12 bottles of Tas pinot on special offer with strict instructions of DELIVERY MON-FRI 9-5 marked on on the order. I t was delivered last Sat afternoon at 4.23 pm and left outside of a locked business premises in a deserted South Melb street...their carrier even sent a photo of the wine sitting there. It was stolen by Monday. I called immediately on seeing photo, sent SMSs and several emails. No response from Vinomofo...eventually got a credit ...but they insisted it wasn`t their fault. Will never use again ,their happiness guarantee is BS.

Still waiting on wine… two weeks of waiting. Wish I had known when I ordered. More communication would have eased my mind - worried I’ve been scammed because it’s my first order. I know there are postal delays, but I’ve heard nothing. Silence.

Imagine sending an email asking for a review for wine purchased 2 weeks ago when you have yet to even dispatch it. A follow up email was sent a week in and response was it had been shipped with a tracking number. Tracking supplied by Auspost notes “Being packed by sender” hahahaha I’m actually laughing because if I didn’t I’d cry. So over companies using “covid” as an excuse to provide poor service. This definitely will be my first and last purchase from this company.

Vinomofo is usually great, however with auspost and covid I’m still waiting for my wine 2 weeks after I placed my order

Signup was a sinch, ordering was a snack, delivery made before I was even thirsty and the wine is delicious! I tell a lie....I'm always thirsty!

It is obvious that vinomofo is a service driven company. Whilst being professional its advertising is cool and offers are genuine. Delivery time is spot on. A company that backs up its product with “a return policy if you are not happy with a wine” with a full refund is a company that cares about its customers. So far this has not been an option for me as I have been satisfied with my selections. Vinomofo keep it up. Cheers, Sophie

I purchased a mystery box recently with the chance to win a bottle of Grange and I won! so my experience with using Vinomofo is clearly outstanding ! $140 box and got 11 cracking wines plus a bottle of Grange valued around the $850 mark. Thanks Vinomofo.

Really love what you offer, especially the wine dealer service to let you know when new lines comes in. Would really like to see a VIM members only website so you can review some of the offerings without reviewing everything on the website. Even be able to refine that to my personal preferences (IE - I really only buy SA wines so not interested searching through the O/S or interstate offerings). Also would be good to make finding out what the black market wines are easier, due to my type of work I find it really hard to get on the phone to discuss so being able to do it via email would make life easier. Also some kind of loyalty program would be great. Other than that keep up the great work. Cheers Paul

I have placed over 120 wine orders with VinoMofo in the last 7 years. They cannot be beaten on price and quality. Their terms and conditions are generous too. I have only wanted to return wines twice and they were happy to oblige on each occasion.
