“Excellent app, I could buy bundles and top brands at bargain prices. I love the fact that I can negociate the prices, I have flexibility on receiving the parcels. The best way to sell unused clothes and items around the house and also the best on buying at bargain prices.”

“So much better in comparison to another auction bidding site. Better communication between buyers and sellers. I have found loads of really great items and have been able to get those at very good prices. This is my new go to when I need to buy anything other than food!!”

“I have done very well selling clothes that my family no longer want . I have bought a couple of items that weren't as described . But I guess that's a risk you take using this site. Out of all the items I've sold I have had no issues with posting. One item I bought got lost and I was eventually refunded. Overall I have enjoyed using vinted. The money I earned has help pay for my daughters carpets . I got this money paid into my bank account the day after I requested it.”

“Well I think vinted is fabulous .it's given everyone a chance to make a few bob and buy nice bits at good prices .I love it and have sold lots off items .it's made a difference to my life and given me a bit off extra money .good old vinted”

“I bought an item (perfume) only to have Vinted invalidate the item (it had not box, perfumes must be new) before it was shipped. The seller wasn’t particularly communicative. I short, Vinted responded to my request for a refund within 24 hrs by instigating the process of said refund. Yay! Overall my experiences with Vinted have been very positive, but it does seem like there are more unscrupulous sellers there than the period 2020-2022, when I was quite actively buying perfumes there.”

“The concept is brilliant for both sellers and buyers. If you are lucky enough to not be “targeted” by AI, all good. The second you have an issue though, customer service is not that great. You mainly “converse” with bots and only after several emails and messages, an actual employee gets dragged into conversation. If your account gets suspended or permanently deleted there is no way back. You could spend the next 30 years sending them emails to prove they were wrong, cuz there is no coming back on the bots’ decision to close the account. That being said, Henry from customer service was very polite, even though he could not reverse the almighty 🤖 decision to close my account. Also, if you do have your account closed, they at least allow you to recover all the money you had in your Vinted account, hence why they get 3stars”

“Only works if everything is Ok but when you have an issue like item not fitting you properly or not as described still the seller decides whether giving you a refund or not. Basically you are stuck. I sent pictures proving my dissatisfaction but the seller suggested me to resell the item and in her hands was to send me the “refund “option but she didn’t so Vinted has been a disappointment. I won’t buy second hand stuff anymore!!!”

“I have used vinted now for over a year. But just recently I have had an issue with the item I have purchased and wanted to get some help to resove the issue. All they do, send you very generic response and nothing gets resolved. I will be closing the account. Really disappointed in them.”

“I have been blocked for advertising a Tena product that was brand new and not the item that I needed.Although the outer package was opened the items were still in bags.I was told these items were ‘dangerous’!!I have since noticed underwear not wrapped or sealed,bikini bottoms that have been worn and without tags!!I have apologised many times and I have used Vinted for both buying & selling and feel that I have been badly treated.”

“Vinted is a great platform for buying and selling. When it's good it's great. But the aggressive nature of buyers making low ball offers are beyond a joke. There is no option for turning offers off or setting the lowest offer you'd be willing to accept. Customers forever moaning about shipping costs and Vinted do not favour Royal Mail. A five day window to ship, a five window to mark as received. If a buyer fails to mark received it takes up to 4 weeks to get paid. It's just not worth the hassle. Don't even get me started on receiving items packed in carrier bags.”

“I received a damaged item told vinted sent them photos informed the seller who wanted the item back all was done within 24 hours vinted then apparently sent me a message wanting more info which l didn't receive then they gave the seller my money so she was paid and got the damaged item back now they are saying there's nothing they can do everything is also automated no real people to help or talk to”

“I have bought and sold safely. The real problem is customer service : you never get to talk to anyone, and they just do not give a s*** and reply with template emails. If everything goes smooth then ok. But the moment you have a problem with the parcel or the purchase you won't get ANY help. So, why are the buyers paying the service commission? I lately had a very bad exoerience, thry literally STOLE 20 euros, so I won't be recommending to anyone anymore.”
