“We had a wonderful stay at villa Lemonade. Such an amazing property with beautiful view of the sea. Lucijan our concierge was amazing. Responding immediately to all of our questions. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. We are already planning returning again in a year or so and planning another stay at the same location. We spent a lot of time at the beach swimming and sunning out.”

“I rated the stay in the rented "villa" 3/5 because it's definitely not a VIP option. I'll start with the good sides of this property - it's spacious, well-equipped, very close to the sea (literally 3 minutes away) and has its own garage. However, it's worth mentioning the downsides - we were greeted by a person who doesn't speak English. Mario, although very kind, was unable to show us around the property and provide all the necessary information. We were handed two remote controls, and that was it. The building has a terrible GSM signal and very weak wifi. On the ground floor, in good spots, you can catch a signal for a moment, but it drops soon after. If you're thinking of working and need stable internet, it's definitely not here. I have many complaints about the cleanliness of the villa itself. The pool was a disaster. The building is located right next to the road, slightly below, so leaves, insects, etc. always fall into the pool. This is, of course, inevitable, but there was no net provided to fish out these impurities. There's also no way to cover the pool when it's not in use, so you always have to clean it. The bed in the largest bedroom smells of vomit on the left side, and the bathroom has a broken fan, which was hastily taped up.”

“Owners of the villa are very nice. They respect our privacy, but they are there when we need them. The villa has a great location. We loved the boat taxi that took us to Trogir literally 5 steps away at the beach in front of us. Perfection for a vacation place (with or without kids).”

“Wonderful villa with everything you could possibly need! Everything looked just as in the pictures from the site. The service from VIP Holiday Booker and especially Zeljka was excellent. Also, the villa manager was very helpful and efficient.”

“I was supposed to be met by your representative/host at the house I was renting. She was not there when I arrived. She did not even bother to email or call to let me know why she did not show up. No one from your agency reached out to me once during my stay to check if my stay was ok or if I needed anything. That was the most unprofessional experience I ever had with any travel professional, ever.”

“I had the most incredible stay at this accommodation with my friends and family. (4 people) From the moment we arrived, it was clear that our host went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. First and foremost, the apartment was impeccably clean, which immediately set a positive tone for our stay. What truly stood out, though, was our host's warm and welcoming nature. She greeted us with a stocked fridge, complete with a generous bottle of water, refreshing juice, and some delightful local dessert. These thoughtful surprises made us feel right at home. But the hospitality didn't end there. The apartment was equipped with modern amenities like a dishwasher and a washing machine, and our host even provided us with dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, soap, and fresh towels. This attention to detail made our stay exceptionally convenient and comfortable. Our host‘s offer to assist us with any questions or needs also added a great plus to our comfort. It's rare to find such a responsive and caring host. Location-wise, the apartment was also suited well. A short 10-minute walk led us to a bus station that quickly connected us to both the city center and the beach, each just a brief ride away. Since we were arriving by car, a big area of free parking spaces right next to the building was a big bonus to us. We also discovered that Uber and Bolt prices in Split were reasonable, providing us with additional transportation options. This flexibility added to the overall convenience of our stay. In conclusion, I can confidently say that this was the best holiday apartment me and my group has ever experienced. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Split, and we'll jump at the chance to return in the future. Our heartfelt thanks go out to our host for making our stay so exceptional. Greetings from Austria!”
