“Absolutely fake, they are layer. DON'T TRUST THEM AND DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I had a very very bad experience with them, they are fake, they are fooling people with original pictures and fake perfumes. I've received my order with different perfume as they've said it's out of stock, my order was received after one and a half month. it's really wasting of money and time.”

“Bad company and bad service now almost 3 months and still i didnt receive my order. The order was on 23 of feb and today 11 of may . When i contact them in whatsapp they always give a same answer that the shipment will reach soon and they refuse to return my money. Please everyone read this dont buy from this company.”

“I have read many negative reviews about this website/application at the same time there were some people gave 5 stars and were happy. However, my horrible experience started when i placed my order and finally received it after a month, when i opened the Box i noticed that i received 3 perfumes i stead of 5 perfumes i already paid through CC and one of the 3 received was wrong!! I contacted their whatsapp number and complained, they told they will check and will return within 48 hours! After 72 hours I chatted with them and it was clear that the one who is chatting with me don't know anything about my case and i have to repeat the whole story again for him. However, he calmed me up and promised to check with concerned department and will revert within 48 hours, i waited for a week and like before i have to start the chatting wondering what is the status of my missing items, again the shift changed and i have to repeat the story again for a new agent which again he promised to check and revert within 48 hours. Today i said i will give it another chance and will ask about my complaint status but this time they didnt promise to check and revert after 48 hours but at the beginning they were reading my msgs but do not reply and at the end seems they blocked me :-( guys trust me it doest worth to try them, any one who reads my review here and buy from them you really deserve what will happen to you!!”

“I received the order couple of days back but couldn't find tym to update you about the very bad quality of products that I received from your website...trusting your site was a big mistake...I thought it was a genuine website selling original brand...I have wasted my money as well tym in browsing and choosing the products frm the lot...it was a very bad experience...when you are into business dont think abt one time purchase or customers...always bear in mind that you can't fool the customers second tym...will never shop with you and will also pass on this messg to others who will be aware of such fake website...”

“I can’t believe how much of a fraud this company is!!! I have purchased two perfumes from them on JANUARY 29TH 2021 and now we are on APRIL 4TH and I still haven’t received the perfumes despite the fact the I paid the full amount in advance!!! And the funny thing is that they refuse to give you any kind of information about your shipment, not a tracking code, not which shipment company they are using and not even where is it now. On top of that they refuse to offer a refund cause in their logic the Item went out ( which I highly doubt it) and doesn’t matter if I received it or not, so long that they don’t have it with them will be NO REFUND. Stay away from this company if you read this, it’s my first time purchasing from an online store blindly without checking if it is a legitimate company or not and now I pay toll, they have raised all the red flags in my book from the terrible service to the even worse customer service where they either don’t reply for days or just copy paste what they wrote before with missed up grammar and it seems even if I received it (hopefully this year) all the other reviewers say that these are fake perfumes, so once again do yourself a favor and stay away from these SCAMS.”

“Dear friends, VIP brands is total loss of money (it is better to not order than ordering from VIP brands), they are 100% cheaters, you will be fascinated to see their prices 1000 dirham things will be ready for sale for 200 Dirhams only, but PLEASE ! PLEASE! PLEASE! Do not invest you single pie to purchase from VIP brands. Their brief looting procedures after you buy from VIP brands are:- 1. Delivery time is not given (you may receive after minimum after 40 Days of order). 2. No Refund procedures, 3. No call, E-mail enquiry option, 4. No status update for shipment, 5. Shipment from non-famous couriers like SOTI, UNIVERSAL EXPRESS, SAB EXPRESS etc. 6. Only whatsup response, but still liars, 7. After all these efforts you get useless watery perfumes, which is hardly available for 10 Dirhams on street sellers. 8. For return procedure if you choose they have fixed return formality in other language to make return procedure tedious , 9. Some say it is about to 1 year but yet no refunds, 10. Precisely speaking they are decent looters with lucrative website to catch the customers. Even if you want to check your fate it is upto you, disappointment is sure. I have done lot of online shopping, but this is worst.”

“I ordered 5 perfumes worth 818 sar since may 8 , 2021, its been more than 2 months now but there is still no assurance that these perfume will be deliver to me. I contacted their costumer service but their reply is that there is a custom problem , it migh hold for a while but not more 2 months and they should take action with these kind of issue with the custom, they are also not giving the tracking number even I asked them for a lot of times. This is my first time to encounter such company that are not transparent and helpful to their costumers . I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with their costumer service.”

“I placed an order since 31 March. It’s been 3 months now and no delivery. Customer service is very poor. The phone numbers are fake. be careful, they will take your money and you will not get anything. I think fraud squad should be alerted”

“I requested some items, the delivery was too late, and they sent it without the most expensive item. When I requested the money, they said it should be in period of 45-60 days but I didn’t receive anything. The costumer service is not responding neither respecting the clients. Please don’t buy anything from them”

“i placed an order and i received missing item as well as some item replaced by another, they sent to me coupon to use as refund when i apply for this coupon i found i can't use the discount in the site so if i will use the discount it will be equal to the coupon means this coupon fake and not true and the steal me and after i contacted them nothing solved , THIS SITE NOT RECOMMENDED THEY ARE CHEATER”
