Kit arrived in 2 days after purchasing it which was a nice change of pace after ordering from companies like paintwithdiamonds whose kits take like a month to arrive. Also the quality was very good and I love how they designed the wax pad!

Got my package in 6 days! Worked on it for 2 hours straight and I didn’t want to stop. Really relaxing hobby.

My custom diamond painting arrived. Although, it took a long time to arrive, I am pleased with the product. I would like to retract my previous rating.

the painting itself is pretty BUT .... the beads are not all equal size. The quality of the product is bad! The edges of the beads are not even which makes them stick out the little squares on the canvas. So this makes the whole line shift... its extremely frustrating that they don't fit exactly in the outlined squares on the canvas...

Do not buy from this company! I ordered two projects in November. They sent me an email stating my order was on the way with a non-working tracking number. Nothing arrived. When alerting the company in January that my order never arrived, I was given excuses and told to be patient. I asked for my money back and now there is no response from VizuArts.

Horrible company. Placed my order November 3, 2021 paid for it and still waiting. I have emailed them over and over and they tell me they are still waiting to hear from the company what a bunch of BS:

I ordered from them in Nov. supposedly my order shipped 12/13. Never came. Contacted them and they told me to contact the post office which is hilarious bc supposedly it was shipped DHL. I’ve tried communicating with them and crickets. Don’t order from this company. They are a scam. I’m out my money and a very upset child who never received her Christmas present.

On January 6 2022 I ordered a painting and some accessories. They took my $ but I have not received a dam thing. What a scam. Do not order any thing from them. Save your money and order from a reputable company.

Never received my Three paintings, got three tracking numbers but when I tracked them they were nonexistent they are absolutely a scam. I wrote them about not getting anything they did not reply. I’m going back to my credit card company and filing a complaint scam scam scam

Would never order a custom diamond painting again. Never received the painting and have been waiting three months.. Asked for a refund, company keeps telling me it is in shipping. To date I have no received the painting or refund. I would not recommend this company

I did not receive enough of the code 3727. I am very dissatisfied with this company, what a waste of $30.00. I will never again order from vizuarts.

Been waiting for 16 drills since end of Dec. 2020. Have had prompt responses to my emails, but always the same story... your replacement drills are being processed; thank you for your patience and understanding. Pretty sure I'll never get the missing drills.

ordered two paintings. One for me and one for a friend for Christmas. After I started the painting I realized they had sent me two different colors for the same drill number. I contacted them and they told me they will send me the drills but to wait until I got the painting completed just to make sure no other ones were missing as they said they would have to charge me if they had to send drills a second time. So I agreed and I contacted them thru email. (The only way to contact) on Feb 11th. I was assured they were going to resolve it and get the drills sent out. After a couple weeks I replied back asking when they were going to send it. I got no response. They ignored the email. A few more days I sent a new email explaining the whole situation and I got a response saying they are very sorry and they are moving this to the urgent status. Again after a few days I replied asking if they had been shipped. Again nothing..they IGNORED me. So far I have had to send out 4 new emails where I have gotten the same response and then they refuse to respond back when I ask for an update. It is now April and I have once again gotten no response and still no drills. So I have a painting that is not completed. I have even tried to find replacement drills but can not find the right drill number. Do yourself a favor and DON'T go thru this company. Cause if you have an issue it will never get resolved and you will get ignored. I don't believe I have ever left a 1 star review for any company cause I know that things happen and I am reasonable and understanding. But to me..this is very unacceptable how the company treats its customers. So..save your money and get a diamond painting thru a company that will resolve issues and not ignore them. I have sent 4 new emails where I have to explain everything and sent probably a total of at least 20 emails trying to get someone to respond. Clearly you don't care about your customers.

They sent the wrong package in December and it is now March and I haven’t received the correct one or have gotten a full refund. You get the run around with emails. I would not purchase anything from this company. I do feel at this point that I’ve been scammed.

Awful DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered my gift in November. Now end of Feb and still no package, they refuse to refund. And are now not answering my emails with tracking number or anything. Absolutely disgusted with the service. Paid over $150 NZD for nothing.

Wouldn’t even give them one star! Three packages of missing diamonds. It’s been almost two month’s now, after being assured they were in the mail. DO NOT BUY from this joke of a company!
