When I wrote to them there was a standard response saying.. please attach video of the faulty product. How can one make a video when the product itself was missing from the box. Now they are just not responding to my request of refund. I then realised that these people are repeat offenders with a history of swindling people in the past. It is sad that there is no law really to control such cheats. Guess this is how Mr Agarwal makes money...”

“Their strategy is to list most popular but high value products at a lower price than big players like Flipkart or Amazon. Offer you huge discount coupons. This way they tempt you to order. There is big announcement for cash on delivery (trying to convince buyers that they are not stealing your money) but there is no option when you check out. Once you pay using credit/debit cards or UPI, there is no way you can cancel the order nor can you reach their customer care (they still say "Sorry due to coronavirus we are under-staffed). I have my orders pending to be delivered despite 10 days having passed. Another strategy is to send you small ticket items l(ike Rs 400 to 1000 worth), thereby winning your trust, but once you order Rs 5000 and above then they are untraceable. I strongly suggest buyers to read comments on their posts in their Facebook pages and in twitter handles, to check how my comments here are validated by other buyers who were cheated like i was.”

I ordered pendrives 16gb and 32 gb first of all they cancel my order in their own and initiated the refund process then one day i got mail that my product was shipped so it was delivered in 2 days after i got a mail. But the thing was that i got used 32 gb pendrives that too in a very bad packaging.. 16 gb was sealed band new package. As i have my business so i have to give them to my customers so packaging doesn’t matters to me i checked each and ever pendrives they were working thanks to god .. but i would not recommend to buy anything from them. Pay 10 rs more and have genuine products from amazon or flipkart”
