Upon what was supposed to be a simple upgrade turned into numerous phone calls TO Vodacom ( no one ever returns your calls, all full of promise they will) and numerous fights with different people from different departments and still nothing has been resolved.

Surprisingly, Ayesha seemed to be avoiding her, and another staff member denied any refund or reversal, attempting to place the blame on us for not verifying the sim card's validity.

I will never ever recommend Vodacom to anyone. These people took my money twice and never issued a refund. The first consultant I got hold of, laughed and said to me that Vodacom will never help me and Vodacom proved him right. Disgusting to say the least.

Vodacom Pre-Paid service is amazing, specifically the Vodapay app, for once there is a South African company that is actually monetizing rewards to users. I just had lunch on Vodacoms account using a free voucher I earned. Well Done Vodacom Pre Paid and Vodapay. you are years in front of the competition.

Even though I canceled my expired Vodacom contract,they still handed me over to MBD lawyers, took me a year to resolve ,they told me it was the fault of their 3rd party in call centre,not even an apology. Worst service provider in South Africa .Never deal with Vodacom ever.
