"We bought this machine in the middle of the COVID work-from-home situation. It has totally lived up to our expectations. We were moving from a Jura fully automatic machine to the Mini to have more control over the shot and most importantly the milk frothing. We really missed that authentic coffee shop richness and this machine hasn't disappointed us yet. We initially had a minor issue with the machine and the company dispaced a tech the same week who then ran a full diagnostics, replaced a part \"just to be safe\" and gave us a quick tutorial on the machine while he was there. That's the service you would expect for the price and that's what you get."

"A great product for color grading. It uses the agtron scale. We use it on every single roast for QC to ensure we consistently hit our color goals. The case and included charger are excellent. The life of the rechargeable battery is excellent as well. I have tried using the uniformity ground-size scale a few times to check grind size across our roastery grinder and cafe grinder with mixed results. I bought it for color grading, though, so that's fine. "

I use it for my customer's 2lb and 5 lb orders, as well as some of my wholesale orders where I'm roasting and grinding upwards of 130 lbs of beans per order. On the coarse setting it grinds about 1 pound per minute. For medium and fine grinds it takes about 1-1\/2 minutes per pound. "
