“Vova is too bad had so many bad experience with them. The service they provide is so poor . Many times they mark order as received while they never arrive, or when you have an issue and you request refund they always do request failure! Last time i had received an defect item they made my request pending return! They said in email that there return policy is that i have to ship self the item back to china on my own cost! And when they receive they will refund! Such a big scam they do so uggly to customers. Opend a case op PayPal.”

One pair of shorts was the medium size, as ordered, and worth about $10 (we paid about $15). The rest of the shorts ranged from Large to X-Large (the tag read X-L) and were virtually worthless rags. The shoes (tennis shoes---sneakers) were not a fabric material but were an exceptionally cheap pressed plastic. We would never buy another item from VOVA; a total waste of money.”

“I LOVE Vova!!! I've ordered a number of items. In my first order, two items failed to show up, & they issued me a refund. This time, an SD card I ordered was corrupted, I applied for a refund, & I just got an e-mail saying that it was being processed. Since I got the first refund, I have no reason to think that I won't get this one.
