“I would leave zero stars if I could. This is a scam. The company will do some simple work on your project to start but then you won't hear anything and they keep your money and hope you go away. Try calling their toll free number. Every so often you will get somebody so it seems legit but then after the brief conversation they will not answer again. There are much better sites that don't ask for cash up front...Fiverr is awesome!”
“This is the second time I trusted these people and you know what they say. "First time fooled shame on you, second time fooled shame on me". The first project took forever to get my illustrations, but my publisher was slow so I let it slide. This time I'm self-publishing and need my illustrations quicker. But again, slow as molasses. And the work has to be revised over and over again to get it right. How hard is it to draw from not only example pictures I want similar, but my explicit descriptions. I'm asking for my money back and going with another company. Hopefully, I won't be scammed again. In today's world with all these foreigners running companies quality and customer service has reached an all time low in America. It's hard to trust anyone anymore.”
“I strongly do not recommend this agency. The illustrators does great work. Unfortunately, it’s foreshadowed by the sales/management team who oversees the illustrators work. I was made promise after promise by the management team about completion dates, etc. Even spoke with supervisors, last one was Casper, regarding my complaint. Was promised that I would receive return calls regarding my project, only to go days without no follow-up by Vox. I even paid for my ISBN number, months ago, and didn’t receive it until 3 months later. When I asked about the barcode that goes with the ISBN #, J was told that I would have to pay extra money per Casper. This has been the worst experience solely because of the sales/ management team. Sadly, the actual illustrators probably have no idea about the unprofessionalism of those who supervise them.”
