"I visited w&h newmarket to see if I could buy in person but the staff seemed quite stressed and they have very low stock availability. Shopping online was very easy & would be great if you were able to see what the instore availability was like in store to save the trip. "

“After looking online we found what we wanted, we went into the Albany store to look at it and left without it having been shown so many other options to consider. Once at home we again went online to start the process again and after some considerable soul search agreed that what we had seen was indeed what we wanted and so purchased our engagement ring online. It was delivered two days later and looks perfect, we now just need to go in and take advantage of the free resize :-)”

They were so helpful over the phone, as I was enquiring about a pair of pink crystal earrings with rose gold. The lady on the phone offered to order them in for me as the store was currently out of them. But did say I could try online, which it. The earrings arrived a couple of days later to my front door. I was over the moon when I opened the bag to find a blue Walker & Hall bag. I’m so very happy with my purchase, also happy Afterpay was an option. Please thank the Bayfair store, you have a great team there. I’ve had awesome comments about my earrings & I was only to pleased to say where I bought them. Thank You So Much. Bruce”
