It's not cold but the temperature of the thermostat does not reflect the temperature of the floor. The floor is not barely warm. What can we do to increase the warmth. We even have tried upping the temperature but it still doe not increase the warmth. The thermostat shows it is heating but the floor does not reflect it. We have had this Warm Your Floor for several years and it worked perfect. We changed the thermostat and not pleased.

Product was as described. Only negative was the price. Seemed very overpriced for a thermostat control only. The original also served as a night light and this replace doesn’t have that option. It must be shut off completely when not in use as far as ai can tell.

Never received my order. Says it was delivered, called about it. Everyone said it was delivered. I was told I was outta luck and it wasn’t warm your floors problem. It’s the only piece of mail I haven’t received. Since moving into my new house.

The thermostat works very well. Problem is this is the 3rd thermostat I've replaced in 10 years! I would have thought they would have lasted longer!! Ordered the product on-line.

Hi Stephen - Sorry to hear you have had to change the thermostat 3 times in 10 years! Please keep in mind, the thermostat you purchased has a 3-year manufacturer warranty. If something happens within this timeframe, please call us and we will assist you. We can also walk you through troubleshooting a thermostat to see if you need a new one. The thermostat stopped working after 4 years of use, which translates into spending $200 for a new part and several hundreds of dollars more for two visits from electrians to diagnose the problem and then install a new part, Is there not a warrenty for this??? I am not happy.

Hi Patty - We are sorry to hear your thermostat stopped working after 4 years. The manufacturer does have a warranty on the product but it's for three years, you can see it on the product description page. If you ever give us a chance in the future please be sure to call us to see if we can diagnose a problem before calling in electricians, we would love to help if we can.

Po product is great. Can't be sure what electrician to use. Also tried to register with WarmUp. Account established with no email to activate account. Called and was sent a video. Just won't download app for phone. Just easier.

The strapping you sell is from thr 1950's. Total garbage. You can't spray glue or nail and when yo screw it kinks. I hate the fact that I thought I could work with this...stop selling it.

The product is great and the tech support from the folks at Nuheat was fantastic. The estimated shipping time was 5 days late. Thankfully it arrived a day before guests.

The thermostat works fine but the installation instructions are not good. You should include how to determine which wires are load and line. No reason any homeowner could not install this but that information is not known to those of us who are not electricians.

This is the second Ditra floor that I have had installed in the last six months. And both times I was shorted on the membrane. Your membrane arrived in pieces, not on a roll needless to say I was about 4 square feet short of what I needed for the 99 square feet I needed. Luckily it was available locally. But still a delay in of the tile layer's time.

Constance, We are sorry to hear you had an issue with the membrane. The product you purchased does describe the product comes in '12 DITRA-HEAT Uncoupling Membrane Sheets - Covers 103.2 sq ft'. We assume there was an issue with the amount of membrane due to cutting for corners or an oddly shaped area. If you do happen to purchase Ditra Floors again, it does come in rolls. A size you may have needed is the 134.5 sq ft roll. If you do come back to purchase from us, please call us to make sure you are ordering the best Ditra-Heat product for your project. The first kit I ordered for a different repair came with two wires, one was a ground wire, all went well for that install. The second repair is a different story. Although all of the pics on your site and others show two wires in the pkg, only one was actually supplied. Luckily I did not need the second wire but if I had, I would have been extremely irritated to have wait for another kit while walking on a cold bathroom floor. Maybe you should update your pics of you actually provide.

I can’t use it. If I had known that I would have to break up my floor ,I would not have bought it. I was hoping for a way to adjust the thermostat.

Linda, The repair kit you purchased is used to repair a damaged heating wire. The heating wires are always under your floor so unless the finished surface was not covering the heating wire, you have to pull up parts of the floor in order to expose the wire for repairs. Hi customer service is amazing. My biggest problem is the ordering of the wire which if you make a mistake you have to buy a whole Nother wire. This was a $300 screwup on my part but makes me leery of your product for that reason. Now I’m stuck with the cabling that I cannot use, I was told it’s nonreturnable

The product I purchased was great and works perfectly. However I needed the item next day delivery and I paid extra for next day delivers and received it 4 days later. Talked with UPS they would not help me. So I'm out 60 bucks for a overnight delivery I received 4 days later.
