“Was a day later than I'd asked for, but was OK, as not on a deadline. They turned up on time and removed it. Plenty of information emails explaining how it would be delivered under covid rules. So all good 👍”

“Delivered rather early 7am with a noisy lorry that woke up a lot of sleepy pensioners. A good service but quite expensive.”

“Skip arrived on the date stated and was picked up on the requested date. A little expensive to book this way but if you don't mind paying extra to have the ordering done for you then would recommend”

“Wasteonline, provide a great service and are a little let down by the skip suppliers who are unpredictable when it comes to collecting the skip after the agreed hire period. For us delivery was a made a day late and collection is yet to happen, but should have occurred two days ago but the skip is still here.”

“Skip arrived 7.15 am, and was put on drive where I asked. It was collected on the day I asked for, and the driver was friendly and asked if it was ready for collection. Very satisfied and would use again. Only negative it was a bit higher price.”

“Service was very good except cannot speak to anyone if issues arises, as you have to either request for someone to contact you back especially on a weekend. Also skips are not advised correctly, as I ordered a 4 yard skip which should be 12 foot, but it is actually a 4 square yard so it actually was a 8ft. So was a bit disappointed and had to order another skip, which cost me twice the amount”

We can only apologise for the confusion on the sizes, we opt for the 'cubic meter' standard which is the most common in the UK. “Very good service on time”

“Good service. Bit misleading with the original delivery note stating we had the skip for 6 weeks, when in fact we only had the skip for 2 weeks and had to pay for the extra weeks. Very grateful for the free week due to this confusion. When extending the skip, payment was taken, I was then phoned back an hour later to say I had to pay an extra £36 because the person taking payment was new. i very much appreciate this, however they shouldn't be customer facing and taking payment if they are not fully trained to do this. Overall, service was good. Communication was great.”

“Price was ok but delivery was unfortunately messsed up and did not arrive on the day I required it. It was however rectified the following day along with a suitable extension of my hire period.”
