Delivery charges to Dundee the 4th largest city in Scotland. An extra £25. Dundee isn't actually out of the way. But anyway lost a sale.

Cannot believe that all furniture items are sent flat packed is wayfair the new name for MFI wanted a cabinet that was nearly £600 and I have to put it together my self NO WAY

I tried to cancel an item this morning that I placed last night, and order a more expensive version of the item. I was told it would take at least 24 hours or more to find out if Wayfair was able to catch the cancelled item. Of course, by then, the item would already be shipped since the order said it would ship on Tuesday; therefore, they have truly have a "no cancellation" policy! This is not good customer service. Even though Wayfair gives you the option to cancel your order, don't let them try to fool you, because they are most likely going to tell you the item has been shipped. If I am calling at 9am on Monday to cancel an order that is not going to ship until Tuesday, I should be told no problem, we will cancel it. Instead, I was told "maybe" because the warehouse will not get my cancel order until tomorrow. What? Really! Don't they have a phone, or email....

Slow delivery. Took close to 2 weeks for product to be shipped. When its a holiday item time is pertinent. Nice product tho. Just didnt get to use it for very long.

The worst bed I have ever seen- it fell apart whilst building it. The delivery driver left the bed at my neighbours when I specifically said not to. Full refund was granted and bed picked up 2 days later

I ordered a bathroom mixer tap and a kitchen mixer tap from them. Both showed as in stock. Having placed the order, I received an email the next day to say the bath tap was out of stock and that the manufacturer could no longer supply. The other tap was due for delivery on the 8th Feb. When the tap still hadn't arrived on the 10th I cancelled the order and reordered both from Taps Empire...both (including the supposedly discontinued item) arrived within 2 days. Both were cheaper from Taps Empire. Sorry Wayfair....pretty shabby compared with the competition.

1st order with Wayfair ...and the last .I wouldn't recommend. ..I bought a computer desk.parts missing. ..parts which cross thredd. Cheap wood...had to buy more parts...less hassle than sending back.

NICE PRODUCT SENT BUT UNFORTUNATELY HAD TO RETURN IT -- WRONG SIZE. THEN I WAS SHOCKED AT COST CHARGED TO RETURN IT !!! THIS WAS MY FIRST PURCHASE WITH WAYFAIR. IF CONSIDERING DEALING WITH THEM CHECK DETAILS VERY CAREFULLY, SO YOU WILL NOT SUFFER LOSS LIKE ME. WAYFAIR -- YOU NEED TO REVEIW YOUR CARRIER COSTS.

My large rug did not arrive as advised but the tracking stated it was delivered. Wayfair eventually were able to tell me it had been delivered to a different address (wrong number, wrong road, wrong post code!) Luckily the person it was delivered to was good enough to come and find us(the correct address was on the parcel) and my husband and son had to go and collect it! Not the service I expected!

Ordered a folding bed required for the Christmas period . Delivery guaranteed for a certain day but on the actual day of delivery I received several emails. One saying they had missed me but left a card (no, I was in) and left the item in my porch (I don't have a porch), followed by an email saying delivery would be in 2 weeks, ie after Christmas. Seriously awful service. Then tried Argos: they delivered the same evening!

I ordered a power recliner sofa, it came broken. Not only that, it was the most uncomfortable couch I've ever sat on in my life. Everyone who's tried it says the same. Customer service was fine, they did refund me the cost after we found out it would take a couple months to have someone come "fix" my brand new sofa, or exchange it. My bigger concern, I am unable to leave a review of this product on their site and all the reviews that are there, are high marks. Yet nobody wants to sit on this couch because it's so uncomfortable. I thought maybe it was a fluke, I ordered another product, it's ok, but still not worth the money I spent, I just won't purchase from them again.

Price changed almost daily, delivery company used are awful, was sent a bunk bed that had wrong bits and badly made. Was sent a replacement bunk bed, and told to get rid of the first bunk bed they sent me myself. They eventually agreed to arrange for it to be collected. The people on the phone were polite and tried to be helpful, but I am still waiting to hear about a goodwill gesture.

The pricing is misleading. It is very difficult to work out just how much something is. Also, I can't find details of delivery costs or info and costs on returns.

Wayfair themselves seem to have customer service, but their delivery couriers are shocking! Both of my separate deliveries, atleast one item has been “ misplaced” causing a second send out. So 5 days hanging around in their 2 hour slot (one they didn’t even turn up) I will be hesitant to order from them again

I ordered two different wall mirrors, one arrived fine but the other had black pitted marks all over like it was very old, they replaced it but never picked up the first, the second mirror arrived but was worse than the first, I asked for a refund and to have the mirrors picked up and sent back, they asked if I could dispose of them myself, I told them no they were too big to go in my car, arranged with UPS to pick them up, UPS arrived but never knocked, just posted paperwork and ran down my path and was off before I could catch him, phoned UPS who told me they would return the next day, they never came! Phoned Wayfair who were apologetic but in the end told me that I would have to dispose of them myself! So I am left with two very large mirrors and no way of getting rid of them. Will definitely not be using them again.

Never deliver when advised. Given a discount due to late delivery but had to spend £40 not to be charged postage again. Cancel items which state they are in stock which causes disappointment. Received tiny item. The measurements must have been for the box it was in! They have an endless array of items on offer and pleasant staff which earned them an extra star. Having had a grumble, I know doubt will continue to purchase from them.

Purchased mat £24.99 paid through paypal receipt stated 4.99 extra high I presumed was delivery charge . Mayfair receipt showed £35 seems both item and postage is ex vat so not happy with having what I thought was a good deal turned out be the opposite so won't be purchasing from this company again

I realised that I had to fit the feet on my sofas myself, but expected to receive instructions, or for the screw holes to be pre-drilled, but this was not the case. I have, therefore, been left with 2 sofas, minus their feet. Not an ideal situation for a 73 year old widow, and, at £760.00, a costly mistake, as , despite contacting them 3 times, I have received no help, whatsoever, from Wayfair. Beware buying from this firm
