Bought a crosstrainer machine, it broke down after few months and it was the drive belt that was damaged. customer services refused to pick it up and asked ME to open it and put the drive belt correctly when in my photos it was obvious that the drive belt was completely damaged . i sent the code of the drive belt and they sent me the wrong belt,again asking ME to install it. I told them its the wrong belt so it doesnt fit. i insisted in picking up the machine and fix it. then someone else emailed me saying i should not have been offered any drive belt and they wont pick up the machine because the drive belt is classified as wear and tear and also they will not send me a box to put the machine in so to pick it up so if i dont have a box they wouldnt picking it up anyway, excuses after excuses.. I argued my case that the belt is not a sticker to be classified as wear and tear but the most important part of the cross trainer! suddenly i got an email that they will send DPD courier to pick it up. I found a box to put the machine in it (i bought another cross trainer from another company -as wersports were taken months to sort it out- so i used that box). I stayed in all day and no |courier came. I emailed wersports and sent me a screenshot stating couriers actions that the driver came but i didnt have it ready for him to pick it up. i told them that the screenshot they sent to me states area of picking up the cross trainer as BARKING area and I live in Hackney!!! again,no apologies or anything, only emailed me a google location of my address saying they honored the warranty and thats it,they wont do anything else! i sent them a photo screenshot with date stamp 6th of february,showing the crosstrainer boxed so their excuse that the courier came and i didnt have the item ready is bull$hit and also the map location they sent me they could have easily took it from google maps,it proves nothing, cause i was home all day waiting for the courier. So, legal action will be taken today. i had issues with them previously and i was stupid enough to buy again from them. their customer services is non existent and they will try to find any excuse to avoid their responsibilities! avoid them at all costs! all their machines are faulty or refurbished, but not new

I bought a rowing machine and had problems with the front stability bar which kept rising contacted the company got quick response but problem persisted contacted again no response ..whilst putting together few holes needed metal bits knocking out as couldn't get bolts thru ...and paint wears quickly see pic below
