I have bought a second hand I phone with giving my old phone and added the difference, the stuff was a bit overwhelmed so It took me ages to verify everything and log out to my account ... but the phone still work and it is in a good condition for a good price

Personally, I have nothing but amazing things to say about CeX. Whenever I had an issue, customer service got back to me ASAP. They were quick with shipping and delivery of the items I ordered. I have ordered many times of this website, in fact i have made about 20 orders in total and all have been great experiences. I am a happy customer and will continue to buy from them

Order in bad condition and not working fully. I tried to print a returns label was not able as it blocked printing! Poor service all round do not buy from them.

I wouldn't mind if getting to the nearest shop didn't involve driving and parking fees, and returning it online didn't involve me needing to source new packaging and faff around with returns (original packaging sustained damage being sent to me) Such a shame as I'd placed 3 separate orders in a short space of time, and when asking for a simple fix to a problem, I'm greeted with a lazy solution on their part.

I bought a 300+ pound phone , after 2 weeks it stopped working, I want back to the store and they told me it had a minute chip in it that was my fault soo basically no refund or credit, I actually couldn't see this chip or knew what I was looking for??. Contacted customer service with no joy. Beyond frustrated and I waS scammed

How's about asking the buyer if they still want just half of the item and at REDUCED cost instead of just sending out a pointless item for the same price, an item that cannot be used! Granted, they've offered a refund but all of this could have been avoided with a little common sense.

I can understand the original employee making the mistake in not telling me BUT the total lack of ownership of this response by the inshop supervisors and then online customer service has been truly awful.
