This company scams people out of their cash, no contact telephone number, there is no full address, just the name of a road and a post code, when you Google earth them, the exact location cannot be found. The goods I have ordered have never been delivered. I emailed this company to ask for my money back as they failed to deliver the goods at the specified date, they replied with “ we don’t refund monies” and asked that I contact the couriers, Proovia, to rearrange the delivery, I replied with, my contract of sale is with you and not the couriers, to which the same issues are ongoing to date, item not collected, warehouse closed, no room on the van. This company has been posting fake reviews on Trustpilot and consequently, have been removed from the review website. My bank are aware of them and Action Fraud…..DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Apalling company, advertising products as 'in stock' and then giving multiple excuses for 10 week delays. Ordered 4 chairs, delivered in 2 batches. 2 sets of legs are missing and they are refusing to resolve. If you have similar problems, I suggest you contact Trading Standards (who are already aware), request chargeback from your bank AND send details of your experience to the BBC pro gramme Rip Off Britain to investigate as they need to be exposed.

Ordered a desk, they said it was out of stock but can sent a smaller version at a discount. After agreeing they tried to send a different model. Hustlers. Avoid.

Ordered 6 chairs, paid then told only had 4 but could send on 2, agreed to wait for 6 weeks for the 6 chairs. 8 weeks later 5 chairs and one broken (snapped leg). we were promised a replacement in 6 weeks 12 weeks later nothing, but apparently for the last 3 weeks they have been in the warehouse and 2 weeks ago they were being put on the overnight express delivery. I would seriously suggest that a company you cannot call on the telephone, is not worth spending your hard-earned money on, I shall be going to court as I see no alternative, boring and time consuming, but I know there is no alternative

I purchased a table for my daughter. The item arrived last week damaged!! I have emailed the company several times and the email keep bouncing back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. No number on website to call. Amanda

Weilai Concept have shown an incredibly unprofessional approach both with their slow and vague customer service and their significant delays in shipping products. They told me after months of delays my delivery was to be expected on Saturday 6th August. When this didn't arrive, they then informed me that the product was still 'on the sea'. Very suspicious behaviour. I do not have confidence that my product will ever arrive. I have now requested a refund that has not been actioned to date. My recommendation is not to purchase from this organisation.

I ordered a dressing table on the 15th May where it was stated on their website that it would be delivered in a few days. I then received an email saying it was out of stock and I would need to wait 8-9 weeks which I was fine with as it was what I really wanted. I was then taken by surprise a few days later when the dressing table randomly turned up at the house. This is where the nightmare began. The packaging was completely damaged and had clearly arrived from china. Upon opening the packaging I discovered the whole thing was chipped, scratched, damaged, poor quality and just not worth the £539 I paid. The mirror was also missing. I got in touch with the company to ask for a refund to which they offered me a partial refund of £250 which as you can imagine I wasn’t happy with. I then requested a full refund to which they made me jump through hoops to get them to even agree. Eventually they agreed to the refund and arranged for parcel force to collect the packages (they didn’t want me of the collection either). When they received the items back I contacted them and they advised it would be 14-21 days for my refund which is ridiculous but if it meant I would get my money back then I was willing to wait. 22 days passed and still no money, I then got back in touch to ask where it was and I coincidentally got a refund notification email. It then took a further 3 days to get the money back. I believe this company had no intentions of refunding me and it’s only because I had contacted trading standards that I think they got scared. Throughout all the awful communication with this company, the vast majority of responses were received in the early hours in the morning. This company claim to be a UK company on their website however I am almost certain they are operating from China and using the name ‘Amy’ as their customer service advisor. Do not use this company, their items are not worth the money and even if it hadn’t have been damaged I wouldn’t have been happy with the quality of the furniture. The photos attached are just a snippet of the damage.

Avoid! I purchased a sofa from Welai concept and it was supposed to be delivered within a few days. The next day I received an email advising the sofa is out of stock and they haven't updated the website yet (first red flag). They offered me a different size sofa that could be delivered within 2 weeks or I could wait for 4-5 weeks for the one I originally ordere. I chose to wait for my sofa. I then received a order tracking link. After clicking on the link, it showed me estimated delivery for end of January (2 months away) - second red flag. I started looking online for real reviews, checked the name of the company that the payment was made to (different to Welali, but it's common). After a short investigation, I knew the company director's name (Chinese national) and their registered address (a flat in London). I also checked their warehouse address on Google maps and it looked liked a small storage unit rather than a proper warehouse. I asked Weilai for a refund. Almost immediately I received an email with an invoice marked as 'refined'. I asked them when I will receive my money back and they sent me another email with a link to their Terms and conditions and also stating that they will deduct 10% because I 'confirmed' (whatever they mean). I then called my bank because luckily the payment was still pending, and asked them to cancel the transaction. After an anxious almost 24 hours wait, I had my money back in my bank account. Lesson learned for the future, always read real reviews, don't believe that reviews on the company website are real.

DO NOT SHOP FROM WEILAI CONCEPT FRAUDULENT COMPANY READ OTHER 1 star reviews before you shop - Purchased a gold nesting table which was not gold more like copper or brown as described on other websites also table had other defects. I had to fight for a returns and had a really bad customer service experience ever in my entire life, have never experienced anything like it - I was basically told I was lying and nothing was wrong with the table but at the beginning I had been offered a compensation gift to say sorry but soon as I asked for a refund on the basis that the table was not as described and had defects they told me No everything I was telling them was not right so they insisted the table was gold and my lighting was either to dim or too ambient and small table had got tempered glass written on it which again they told it was the logo not writing - I got one email every 24hrs that was to basically patronise me and tell it no my true - eventually after telling them I have contacted trading standards and sending them emails of the consumers act 2015 they arranged a returns telling me they will look at the tables once received and decide if they will pay for returns or charge me - so obviously nothing was wrong with the table as they kept telling me even before looking at it so have charged me the return fee - I have reported them to trading standards and my bank so should get the returns charge back but would say never ever again and now I feel I can't trust any online stores - absolutely ridiculous- it's a fraud as I believe if I didn't take this further and threatened them with trading standards I would have not got my money back. Terrible awful company to deal with- STAY AWAY IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR SANITY AND MONEY"

Do not buy from this company. They sell illegal goods. The sofas I bought from them did not have the legally required Fire labels on them. Also the packaging that they arrived in was in was very tatty. All the labels were in Chinese. Even the instructions for attaching the legs are in Chinese. The delivery was late, and the delivery guy told me that they had even had to make a hole in the outer plastic sacking to check the colour before they could be loaded. Should give you an idea of the kind of company you are dealing with. At the moment I am trying to get a refund and get them to pick them up due to the fact that they do not meet the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations. If I could give 0 stars that would be it.

Potential buyers BEWARE. Focus on the negative reviews, not the ridiculously written positives, all written using the same language. This company is a total nightmare to deal with. I had to get my bank involved to get my money back after they sent me chairs with no legs and refused to take them back. Asked for them back after I was refunded by the bank and then wouldn't send a courier. All the staff are called 'Amy' - some write in english, others not so much. Truly the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I cannot express how fraudulent this company is - I ordered a coffee table showing that the table is in stock, I hadn’t receive an email to confirmed. A day or two later I emailed asking for an update, later Amy comes back with ‘it’s out of stock’ and offered alternatives also said if I do not come with an option automatically I will be refunded the original payment. I didn’t like the alternatives and asked for refund (the response time was like in days) these are high end luxury items the response should have been be quicker. Anyway she got back a day or two later advising if I want the refund she will deduct 10%,how does this work? WEILAI never had the item in stock it’s not my fault! I refused that and asked for the full refund and still arguing with them. I have in the mean time got my bank involved and classed this is as fraudulent company where they are charging customer for their item not being in stock looool. The company is funny and fraudulent I must say and Amy is clueless in what she is doing. Now they refunded me £117 out of £500, so another fraudulent case has been opened with both bank and police, I ordered and the item was out of stock, so I want my money back that’s all. I’m not sure if I should cry or laugh cos my bank fraud team are involved and will get the money back for me I am 1000% confident in that. I have also informed the metropolitan police fraud team and they are looking into this. Lucky I have all the emails to back the case, I may even take them up with a law suit as it’s stressful and it’s been weeks I haven’t had my full money refunded and may get compensation from all of this. HONESTLY PEOPLE THEY DO NOT HAVE ITEMS IN STOCK ITS A LIE SHOWING ON THE WEBSITE THEY DO. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY WILL EMAIL BACK SAYING OUT OF STOCK CHOOSE ANOTHER ONE AND IF YOU DONT THEY WILL DEDUCT 10%. How the f that does work? Police and bank are also confused with this as their item was out of stock and they are charging me loool. Oh god.

Do not buy from this company. The item ordered in November has still not arrived and after some customer service updates from "Amy" via email I have not heard back from then for two weeks despite constant emails from me. The telephone number is not taking calls or messages. I feel as though I have been scammed. They have had £1000 of my money for nearly 6 months and I have so far received nothing.

This company is the worst company ever. I brought a sofa bed sometime the last year but I didn't get around to writting a review and also I was waiting for them to send my money back which took MONTHS. Before purchasing the Item from this company I had seen some bad reviews, even when someone had said "DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE" but being as eager as I was I went along and spent my money anyway. In a long and shot brief the pictures looks Amazing online but in real life they are cheaply made and look terrible. I wanted to return my Item and Receive my money back and it was a hassle. I told them also I have no bed to sleep on as I have packed it up and they didn't seem to care what's so ever they greedy people that just want money and they Don't want to pay people back their money they should be closed down. TAKE ME IN! I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED. BAD REVIEWS ARE FOR A REASON IF YOU DONT LISTEN ITS YOUR LOSS HOPE I HAVE HELPED.
