Recently, i purchased some items from well.ca, but, unfortunayely, due to Canada post strike, the delivery may be delayed. However, i got the products after two days. I am excited!

I ordered 4 products from this company, paid via paypal, their communication is excellent, they emailed me when they packaged and shipped the item and the items came within a few days of me purchasing the items, very quick! The packing slip inside the box had a short personal hand written note from the person who shipped the item, made me feel like they appreciated my business. I will continue to purchase items from this company, thanks, Mark

They pack everything safely. They put a personal message on the recipt. They have great prices. They have a wide vegan supply. Their Canadian eh. Fast shipping. They give me free shipping with spending as little as $35.00!

I’ve been satisfied with their products and services but their shipping is very unreliable. They lost my order and were unable to replace it. However, they did give me a refund. In the future I’ll just save myself the hassle and order the same products elsewhere.

Ordered from well.ca for years and it's always been tedious. Takes them days to ship out orders, and items often arrive damaged. Customer service is often unresponsive, and prices are much too high.

They took the money and didn’t send the package and don’t want to communicate with me. This is the most disgusting online shopping experience in my life. I don’t advise anyone to give them money!!! Be careful!

I recently received two products from Well.ca, both with an expiry date of July 2024, which were on sale. These products were received in mid-April 2024. I contacted Well.ca customer service to inquire about the possibility of an exchange due to the proximity to the expiry date. In the past, I have ordered two of the same products and the expiry date was not until 2025. However, customer service denied my request and instead provided the option to return the products or purchase them again in hopes of receiving a longer expiry date. According to customer service, quality control dictates that any product must have at least a 3-month or longer buffer when it comes to expiry dates in order to be shipped to customers. Perhaps this is why the product was on sale. Unlike my experiences with other wellness companies such as Healthy Planet and Vitamin Village stores, I have encountered no such issues. I am very disappointed with the outcome.

There is a very high level of incompetence with shipping, getting orders filled correctly even reading emails at this company. I don't blame the morons in customer service I blame management who must be equally as unqualified as these issues seem to persist year after year. If you want a seamless experience I would recommend Amazon or buying local from some other retailer. Don't waste your time with these clowns.

Only order through them if you’re ok to wait longer than usual for your order to arrive. It’s been over a week and I have yet to receive my order. When I spoke to them they told me it was being processed. No email to indicate that is true and no estimated date of arrival. I will not order again through well.ca

I purchased a baby monitor from well.ca, but unfortunately, I couldn't get the camera to connect to the wifi. I followed the manufacturer's troubleshooting guidelines but still had no luck. In my desperation, I contacted well.ca customer service and explained my predicament. I urgently needed a functional baby monitor and wanted to return the product. However, they directed me to the manufacturer instead. I spent another week testing the camera as per the manufacturer's instructions, but it turned out to be defective. I contacted well.ca customer service again and explained my situation, requesting a refund for the faulty product. I made sure to request assistance in a polite manner and explained that I had a newborn and needed to resolve the issue quickly. However, it took me two weeks to finally resolve the issue. If you happen to receive a defective product, it's important to note that returning it may not be a straightforward process. The company may require you to deal with the manufacturer first before honouring a return. This can be frustrating for both the customer and their overall experience with the business.
