“This company is shocking I ordered two items both were received faulty. I contacted the company by email with pictures showing the faults on the day the order was delivered. That was Saturday 9th December, someone called “Matt” sent an email with a link to a returns portal.
But the returns portal does not allow me to self generate returns labels to get the faulty goods back to them. All it does is generate when I hit submit a message saying “we can’t offer you an immediate resolution”!
Here we are 18th of December 5 emails later and I’m no further forward.

Presently they’ve taken my money, sent me faulty items and continue to ignore me in terms of generating return labels to get there, shoddy goods back to them .
Avoid this company like the plague.”
“Order: 257697. I have complained about items being faulty 3 times now in support request 62613 and 67062 at the beginning of December and not received any response in regard to that. I one email I got response to item missing from that order written by Matt but the issue of faulty item was completely ignored. Negative review about item quality with supporting pictures Sat, 2 Dec was not published on the website at all despite email verification. Out of 12 lights only 6 worked, other 6 had manufacturing fault as the batteries could not go far enough to close the cap (picture attached). Some of the candles were rusty on the inside as well.”
“Well!! Once I ordered the item and it didn’t arrive the next day (as advertised) I realised I would just have to wait. I looked at reviews and immediately got worried, after several emails with very little response I finally received my 1000mm pre lit wreath 5 days late which I must say I was very happy with. So despite very little customer service it seems that this company are just too busy at Xmas to handle the amount of orders and enquiries at this busy time.”

ordered a Christmas tree and paid extra for express delivery. Should have been delivered today and nothing turned up. Instead all I get is an email at 5.56pm this evening saying my order was cancelled.... no explanation and no apology.
It's left me distraught and very upset as it looks such a beautiful tree and now I have nothing for Christmas and no idea what I'm going to do as I'm waiting to get a refund.
I have renamed them WeRuinChristmas!
Please please take these reviews on board and do not order a thing from this company!”
“Terrible service. Tree is advertised on their website as hinged easy assembly - it is not hinged in any way and requires lifting heavy sections above head height to put it together. The company refuse to acknowledge their website and advertising is incorrect. I've raised a formal complaint.”
“I received 3 items for Christmas from this company. I was disappointed and disgusted when I opened the box. Items were badly packed with just a bit of bubble wrap and paper in the box. The window decoration of large plastic snowflakes were broken in 2 places.
I requested a returns label. And sent the item back using Hermes. But they are now saying that they still have not received the item back in the depot. Asking for evidence that I posted it. I have had 2 emails from 2 different people this morning. I have said that I am not bothered now for the refund in my bank.
I will just accept it that this company are nothing but a Scam.
Please do not buy anything from this seller. They are just cheap and trashy. Items cost a lot, but I have seen better in a few Pound shop.
Please avoid this company at your peril.”
