I don't understand how is that possible in this country l, how no one investigate this Scam and why it's still open for trading.

“This company is shocking I ordered two items both were received faulty. I contacted the company by email with pictures showing the faults on the day the order was delivered. That was Saturday 9th December, someone called “Matt” sent an email with a link to a returns portal.
But the returns portal does not allow me to self generate returns labels to get the faulty goods back to them. All it does is generate when I hit submit a message saying “we can’t offer you an immediate resolution”!
Here we are 18th of December 5 emails later and I’m no further forward.

Presently they’ve taken my money, sent me faulty items and continue to ignore me in terms of generating return labels to get there, shoddy goods back to them .
Avoid this company like the plague.”

They use Evri and when your order is delivered to the wrong address, and not only that, left outside an empty house, they refuse to refund unless you jump through twelve million hoops, some of which are impossible. Wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing. Even the Evri customer service was better than these cowboys.”

These trees are not made to last! We r Christmas, it’s more like rip off Christmas.
I bought a 8 ft Christmas tree last year (26th Nov 2021). The tree was beautiful, nice and full, perfect.
The tree take apart carefully, stored in a room no one goes in.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, I only put my tree up last week…
When I assemble the tree, 3 of the main bottom branches have dropped from the hinge. There is now a great big hole in my 8ft tree 🤬🤬
After emailing, I was told there’s nothing the can do. I’ve paid £240 for a tree I used for 5 weeks in total.
I wish I’d shopped around, most places give you at least 3 year warranty. The reason these only give you 12 months, is there poorly made”

“Horrific company - £590 order on the 31/10/20 - no communication for several weeks, telephone switched off and finally get a reply email suggesting items would be 48 hours to no avail, then get an email saying two items out of stock and refunded and items would be five days and guess what no items! Not replying to emails and left completely worried if I will get my items - spoiling such a special time and creating upset like this for customers is appalling! Do not buy from this company!”
“I would give ZERO stars if I could. I purchased £398 pounds worth of Christmas decorations 2 weeks ago. I selected the additional fee option for a delivery within 2-3 days. When the goods didn't arrive after 2-3 days, I called the company and was disconnected after listening to an automated message. I wrote letters and emails both through my email account as well as there website (5 in fact). I have heard nothing. I have contacted the Online fraud department and issued a report and that is exactly what you should do too! Else, they won't be shut down, and other innocent people won't be scammed. Avoid this company at all costs. I don't believe they deliver to anyone. Any reviews here that are positive, are probably from the scammers collecting funds from this company. They are a joke!!! as if Christmas time isn't stressful enough. Bastards! Avoid avoid. Oh! And they try to sound legitimate by giving the option to use "amazon pay". “What a shambles this lot are. I'm trying to return an item and the company agreed to process the refund. For five days, despite daily emails to them, I have not received a return label. "Matt" replied to one email to tell me to print out the return label and attach it to the package. But how can I do that if they haven't sent it? Returns have to be within 30 days, and I'm wondering what happens if they still haven't sent the return label in that time. No phone number, no chat bot, just email after email that does unanswered. Avoid this awful company like the plague!”

We bought a tree from this so called 5star company .the tree was delivered and found to be faulty,asked by email numerous times for refund, this company does not give refunds end of story.
