“Used the pedal three times to open the bin- gently - and the mechanism broke - upon inspection the metal pedal fitting was “glued/stuck” to the lower metal assembly so it was never going to last. The two screws nearby whilst aligned with holes in the assembly were not joining anything and a fix requiring additional washers also meant longer screws - why should i have to build/repair the pedal mechanism - utter rubbish never mind the cost - nice appearance, very poor build quality - DO NOT BUY - AVOID!”

I had call to contact customer services and I was so impressed with the level of professionalism, courtesy and speed of service I received. Many companies would do well to learn by this example.
