“We had our Wedding at West Street Vineyard on the 16th December 2017 and we can honestly say we had the best day of our lives and Jane and the team played a huge part in this.
We originally met with Jane in September 2016 and after a day of Wedding Venue hunting, sitting with Jane, drinking the beautiful wine and eating a gorgeous dinner we instantly fell in love with the venue and Jane!
We wanted a very untraditional Wedding and West Street couldn't be more accommodating.
We started our day with a 2:30pm ceremony with just 50 guests, we had this in the room at the top of the venue, it was very intimate and the room worked perfectly for this.
We then moved to the middle floor for bubbles and canapés followed by photographs and speeches.
At 5pm a further 40 guests arrived for the first surprise for our guests, our Street Food Party!
We had 4 food stalls serving food from our 4 favourite countries along with our favourite cocktail. The food stalls were decorated with our photos from the holidays and chalk boards listing the food and cocktails being served.
The food and drink was delicious and it made for such a great atmosphere and got everyone in the mood for a good party!
At 8pm we had our final surprise for our guests, Jane led our guests down the cellar bar, which we had managed to keep a surprise from everyone, for our first dance.
The dance floor was packed and the night flew by with our guests thoroughly enjoying themselves!
The cheeseboard and chips went down a treat later in the evening after all the dancing!
The whole process of planning the wedding was so easy and relaxed, and we both loved working alongside Jane who really brought our vision to life.
We made a point of going to the venue numerous times in the planning process, any excuse to spend time at the venue and enjoy a glass or two!
We couldn't recommend West Street more if we tried, and we cant thank Jane and the team enough!
We consider ourselves very lucky that is it also a venue we can continue to visit and reminisce about our day, we have already planned out next visit!”
