“Ordered a tail light for my Erde 122 trailer. It was out of stock and there was a supply problem. However, they kept me informed and tried to chase the supplier. They then contacted me when the stock came in and it was delivered with 48hours. Excellent customer service. Well Done!”
“Have ordered items from these guys previously and always very helpful if you are not sure which part etc. you need.
This time Parcelforce said they had tried to deliver my items which was rubbish, I rang Western and again couldnt be more helpful, they contacted Parcelforce and ensured it was delivered the next day which it was, they tracked it and even rang me to make sure I had received it. Proper service which is rare these days.”
“Ordered on line and had an issue trying to book next day delivery, spoke to the office and the chap couldn't be more helpful, even checked to make sure they had stock of the items I needed.
Items arrived at 08:30 the following day without issue.
“The Ladder Rack you supplied, was better than the ERDE one I had originally asked for.
This is because it is mounted on the out side of the ERDE 142 trailer, the extended raised cover etc. can almost still be fully in place.
I have one comment here - if the fixings of the Ladder Rack had extra 3 mm spacers to the side mountings, then the PVC cover would be able to be fully put in place.”
