“I originally found this site through one of the users I’m following on Instagram. I looked into it and found they have a great selection of products on a very clean and modern website. I ordered a number of items and all arrived quickly. Customer service was some of the best I’d ever experienced; the Wheelwell team helped me with all my issues and got me everything I needed. I highly recommend purchasing from them, I know I will.”

“I did a lot of research when I was looking for 18" wheels for my GTI. Wheel sizes can be really tricky with the offset and back space and all of that but the live chat folks were really helpful and explained it in a way that I could really understand it. Now I can go get tires put on and know what I'm talking about lol”

“Bought some Rotors and Pads from them for an RSX and they didn't have the said item in stock despite listed on their website as in stock. After choosing an alternative, they proceeded to guide me through payment methods for faster shipping which resulted in multiple charges on my card and inaccurate refunds. After about 2 to 3 weeks of hassling them on chat I finally got the correct refunds. It seems like their customer service does not have a grasp of proper accounting, be careful with your money here.”

“After searching several ways to catalog my car build, I found Wheelwell. Making a social profile to show off and keep track of all my parts has been very helpful for me. It's a more modern take on the car forum. Added with the fact Wheelwell also sells car parts for all makes and models, as well as a classifieds page. Wheelwell is making itself out as a one-stop-shop for my next car build!”
