I am a big fan of this company, the bamboo loo roll is the best for bottoms. I had a fall out with the recycled batch I received once. I had good customer service when I contacted them and tried the bamboo rolls which I’ll stick with now. It’s soft, strong and long rolls. They have the best customer service out there and this is what I love about them. Quick delivery after ordering which is perfect. Exceptional company don’t use any other x

Great customer service, immediately replaced an incorrect order and shipped quickly. Will continue to use them for tissues and toilet paper.

Bloody brilliant. A box of these bad-boys honestly lasts the household months and saves on soooo much plastic and last minute trips to the supermarket we always have a supply of decent loo tissue.

good value .... a bit cheaper my usual supermarket own brand. (Might even match the value range?. ) Good quality product performance. Pretty fun packaging .... the double length rolls mean that I am less likely to run out at that important moment ... and less likely to run out of rolls when bulk buying !!

We switched to plastic-free, tree-free toilet paper from Who Gives A Crap back in July 2018 and I cannot praise them highly enough. You order online and it arrives at your door, totally plastic-free in a cardboard box and each roll is wrapped in snazzy colourful paper (or black and white if you go for premium bamboo). The recycled paper option works out at 18.8p per 100 sheets or £36 for 48 double-length rolls - loads cheaper than premium brands like Andrex or Cushelle and even some supermarket own brands. Plus it's 3ply unlike many others and so soo soft!! You can even set it up to be delivered on a subscription basis so you literally never have to worry about running out of loo roll ever again. Oh and did I mention it's TREE-FREE AND PLASTIC-FREE!! 🌳 Spend over £20 and get free delivery. Spend over £36 (the cost of a box of 48 double rolls of 100% recycled paper toilet roll) and get £5 off via this link: https://www.talkable.com/x/WfIdJU! (P.S. I also get £5 off if you do #EveryonesAWinner) This company also donates 50% of its profits to help build toilets for those in need. They are clearly awesome all round! 🚽 So go on, help save the planet by switching to this fab planet-friendly option 🌎❤️ Oh and they sell tissues and kitchen roll too - they also look beautiful and the tissues are really good quality. The kitchen roll is less soft than some other brands. Cannot get over how fab this company are!

Thanks so much for the stellar words Cate! Maybe we should get you as our copywriter!

Good prices, ethical business model and I swear we change toilet roll less frequently than we used to because the rolls are as big as they get!

Overall very please with the product, would be even more pleased if each roll wasn’t wrapped in coloured paper, even though it’s recyclable, it’s unnecessary.

Excellent initiative to replace regular toilet paper with the kind made out of bamboo. We already use 100% recycled toilet paper in our household, but I wanted to give bamboo toilet paper a try. It’s subscription-based, and that may be a turn off for some people. You can regulate the frequency with which they send it to you and you can also postpone your delivery if you still have unused rolls sitting around. Overall, I had a really great experience unboxing my first order, which was a free trial. I received a 3 rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels and a box of tissues. Everything was very pretty and jolly, which is not really what you’d expect from something so mundane! The company has a very nice esthetic to it and has a light-hearted approach to things. Overall, quite an elevated experience and I love that it’s ‘green’ and ethical.

If you are expecting a delivery to your address - don’t buy from these guys. The couriers they use do not deliver to your place.

Poor quality tissue, burns my privates, made in China…and your company blocks independent reviews. Manipulative and dishonest.

Why ask for a delivery date when there is no way this can be fulfilled!?!? 7 days later, still no delivery. Asked for a refund Said no as it is still somewhere out there in the big wide world. Templates used in replies. "" Oh hi! Thanks for writing in to Who Gives A Crap. The pandemic is continuing to challenge many of us around the world. And through this difficult time our couriers are doing their best to deliver your order as quickly as they can, but with more of their team members managing their health and wellness, it is likely to be slower than usual. We greatly appreciate your support and are kindly asking for your patience and understanding. Our courier partners are doing their best to deliver as many orders as possible, so splitting up your delivery is sometimes necessary. Don’t fret though, it will be delivered. Stay safe (elbow bumps) and we’ll speak soon! "" Who else has received this??? THE PANDEMIC IS OVER!!!!!!!!!!!! Get over it....... get your shipping sorted. No positive reviews here will be sending order back for full refund !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am majorly disappointed with my first order. This will be my first and last time… Before ordering I did my research and overlooked the cheesy marketing strap line of soft and strong as a unicorn’s mane! I found really good reviews but now realise this is completely fabricated and you can’t even leave a review on Facebook as the company have blocked access to do so. So, I have totally fallen for their marketing strategy. Like so many other negative reviews I have subsequently found on trust pilot the quality of the toilet paper is thin and the squares are much smaller and tear easily. So how it can last twice as long I cannot figure out… The company claims you get a 100% refund if not satisfied but they don’t make it easy to get one. I emailed the support team and received a reply asking me for a batch number so they could check with their supplier. Which I did along with photos of the paper comparing it to my regular brand. Despite chasing them up, they have failed to reply back. Again, reading other negative reviews, this is as far as you get. If the company spent half as long as they do sending out toilet jokes and building up a good customer relations; and living up to their claim and giving refunds back, it would go a long way to being a professional organisation. What they appear to be doing is wrapping up toilet paper (which I’ve found better quality in a pound shop) in fancy individual paper wrappers (which are not recyclable) as a disguise. Shame on them. I will be logging a complaint with the trading standards office so that this style of “Emperor's New Clothes” trading will eventually be stopped. They are obviously living up to their business name!
