“The products were terrific and now the bathroom is fitted and complete. Looking fantastic. This was being fitted while we were on holiday. My only complaint is that on 2 occasions the fitter had to make separate runs to the depot to change over items which were wrong and not as shown on the invoice. This incurred extra costs for us. Apart from this, everything else was excellent.”

“Sales staff somehow managed to allocate a slotless trap to a vanity unit with an overflow. Duly collected from Hillington Uplift point. Didn't discover until boxes opened. Visited MKM in Kilmarnock to purchase the correct slotted trap. Spoke to Dylan at WD who apologised for stock error and promptly refunded the £15 cost of wrong waste. Good service which made up for an honest error.”
