"Thank you for shopping with Wido, we hope you are happy with your purchase!" Are you kidding Wido? I ordered an item from your on next day delivery...4 days later, no sign of it, and you havent responded to my 'where is it requests'.. I would love to be happy with my purhcase, but I havent even received it yet and you have asked me to submit a review...utter madness..

Goods purchased broke within a couple of months. Emailed Wido to requse replacement part - no response after 28 days. Further email sent requesting refund - to date not responded. Goods have 12 month warranty which is of no use when company will not get back to you. Worst service I have ever experienced. AVOID WIDO

Shocking customer service from the moment I pressed buy. First of all, they 'pretended' to post something, saying on the website it had been posted but DHL had absolutely no clue what I was on about, plus the shipment number was wrong. They essentially said well you have paid for nothing and we cannot help. 4 emails later and I am still to have a reply and it seems I have not only lost my money but I am not even going to speak to anyone about it. Word of advice - look on Trustpilot before you buy, not these absolute nonsense reviews that the CEO has probably put up over lockdown. DIsgrace and nothing less.

Avoid purchasing anything from this company. Quick to take your money but can't get hold of anyone if you want to return a product. They owe me £279.00. Buy from elsewhere! Fraudsters!

Originally purchased a KF100 Electric Facial Couch in Oct 2018 and found it to be faulty upon unpacking nearly a year later (delayed start to opening small home based salon). Customer Service Dept initially slow to respond but then had the pleasure of dealing with Dec who was excellent & organised a replacement - great customer service from Dec! New couch delivered Oct 2019 and has had very minimal use due to other work commitments and Covid 19 (used around 3 times to practice treatments). Changed the position of the couch to the seat position in June 2020 and the lower section of the couch became detached from the mid section - the thin plywood forming the base had cracked and a hinge had entirely snapped off (see photos). This couch is very poorly made, the plywood forming the base is less than 1cm thick & entirely inadequate. The couch comes with basic assembly instructions and no instruction manual or fire safety label. After waiting over 2 weeks for a response from WIDO Customer Service, I've just been advised that I will not receive a replacement as my warrenty has apparently expired (1 year from date of original purchase, not from the delivery of this item 8 months ago). Will now have to pursue the legal route. Strongly advise not to purchase!

I have not yet received my full order. You have already taken the money. I can't get hold of anyone at the customer service. Very very poor to almost no communication. A very bad service. Please can you either provide my goods or refund my money. It has been stressful not knowing what's going on. I will never use this provider or recommend to anyone.

I ordered specifically from Wido due to next day delivery. I ordered on a Sunday so was expecting the item to arrive Tuesday. It’s now Friday and the item still hasn’t been delivered. I have had to order the item from another retailer due to the urgency of needing it next week. I have contacted Wido via their website and email and not heard back. After tracking the item the delivery company say they haven’t received the item from Wido in order to deliver it. I will be requesting a refund

Read the other reviews and agree with non-existent customer service, I'd enter zero if possible. Bought a patio heater 8 weeks ago, faulty from the start, they arranged to collect the item which took 6 weeks. Wido agreed to return the purchase price in full. They don't answer emails, you can't call them. Net result, they have the heater ( I have the collection note ) but no sign of the money returned. Exceptionally poor service, potentially fraudulent. Look elsewhere.

The cabinet arrived damaged. Almost every single panel was bent or out of true. Waited on hold for 40 minutes without being able to get through. Decided to have a go at building it anyway with excessive use of a hammer and wooden block to straighten it out. Instructions are dreadful. Had to dismantle and rebuild twice because the steps aren’t clear. Eventually got it together and I suppose it does the job. Wouldn’t recommend unless you are in the mood for a challenge.

The 15 drawer trolley is of very good quality. Whereas the communication is very poor. They kept me on waiting for 2 hours on call. And i ended up call in agony. You guys need to improve your communication part with the customer.

Brought the wooden toy box, absolutely love it. Delivery stated next day delivery, I waited a week. Also I emailed to ask when it would arrive and didn't get a reply.

We knew that for this price it will be poor quality but didn't expect to be that poor. Very thin and bendy top. Plus table came completely destroyed on the edges. Tried to call customer service but despite being first on the line, nobody picked up for more than 30 min.

Order a product for next day delivery and almost a week later no sign of it. I understand this is Xmas but I have not even received a tracking reference advsiing me the item has been distributed.

Awful, customers service doesn’t exist. Called to try and understand where my order was, on hold for hour before terminating the call. Call wait time when I called was 5 minutes and for 55 minutes i was number one in the queue. Email customer support still awaiting a response and still don’t have my order. Will never use them again.
