“Its a lot of very useful information that is very helpful, but the visits with the physician are way too short. Not the physician's fault at all, as there is so much information to cover, but both sessions I've had felt rushed as they are only 25 mins long. (love my physician so far though)”
“Meeting with my provider was very informative. This session needed to be longer to discuss everything in further detail. My provider did take extra time to make sure everything was covered. I do not feel the health coach meetings are helping me however, the first meeting my health coach said that she “talked more than me and it should be the opposite.” I do not know what the point of a health coach is then if they are not going to provide helpful information to further your health goals. I’m not sure why I am paying such a high monthly price for one doctor visit and nothing else.”
“I’ve been disappointed so far. My DNA and bloodwork was complete in December. Talked to health coach about three weeks later. They had IT issues and couldn’t find me in the system. I had completed all my paperwork, but they couldn’t see it. I finally had my zoom call with the MD in March (after three months from enrollment). Meanwhile, I had no info, no insight to my bloodwork, etc. I was left hanging. We’ll see what happens with next call with health coach.”
“Not great this far. The health coach changed and the new coach did not schedule any meeting , delayed responses .
The doctor visit was good but there was not enough time to assimilate or dive deeper into the dna / lab findings and suggestions - the contract got done abruptly .”
