“Very pleased with the wine and the service. I am hoping there will not be any obtrusive follow-up marketing, as I have experienced this with another online wine retailer. They continued to periodically send an unordered carton of wine, and they emailed and phoned constantly it was awful. So Winesale.co.nz, I hope you are the 'good guys' and only take my order and make the delivery when I request it and pay for it in advance. Thank You.”

Thanks for the 5 Star review! We are definitely not one of THOSE companies (we know who you're talking about)! The first deal is great but then every deal after that is average at best and arrives without you even asking for it. We only send out goods that you've actually ordered and want. Cheers again for the great review.

“Although my monthly orders are not huge, the personal attention I get from my account manager is outstanding. The wines are exactly what I order and if there is a supply problem, I get a call to rectify the issue. Keep it up, most impressed.”

“I still have not received my wine :( and I am very unhappy :(( The courier service has said that they have delivered it and they have not. They did not keep me updated with tracking and it seems to have gotten lost in transit. I did not receive an email to say it had been delivered. They even had the audacity to send me an old photo of the property and say this was where they had delivered it - it has the agapanthus out the front of the property that we had taken out months ago. Where is my wine???????????”

Sorry Louise this is very disappointing. We work hard on getting our orders out as soon as we can. We recieved your order at 11:55am on the 24th of November and it was picked up by the courier at 2pm the same day. The courier then took 8 working days to deliver your order which is not good enough. We will be talking to the courier about their performance on this occasion. Once again please accept our apologies and I hope you will give us another chance to do better next time.
