Worst delivery ever. Ordered on amazon, they did not deliver on time and they lied about having failed attempts of delivery. 2 weeks later the order arrives with a courier which asks me to pay him delivery charge. As I previously paid delivery charge on amazon I called the company which they shut the phone in my face and later they said I didn’t place my order with them. Very cheeky and unrealiable company. A nightmare for customers.

Their customer service line is never pikced by any rep, you will HOLD until you give up and hang up. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this company.

Terrible customer service. They are not systemized and organized same with souq.com They fake promises to deliver the item then when you follow up, they have a history of your request/query. They’re not align with souq. They have a problem organising their warehouse too as I was told the item needs to locate at the warehouse it would take 24hours. Like really? If you’re organise it wouldn’t take that much!

Worst courier company !!! I order was supposed to be delivered on 25 november its 2 december now yet noone called so i cancelled the order

Terrible customer service, my order was supposed to arrive 7 days ago and i have been calling and following up with them for 3 days now with no help. Don't bother calling their customer service line as they keep you on hold for ages and then cut you off. Souq.com needs to get a better courier service. Now i have to go pick it up from their hub which is far away.
