“Cleaning is fine. But to get 5 stars would need to up the game a little. Plus had broke glass coffee mat but didn’t tell me nor properly clear up after it.”

“The guy that did my carpets was very nice but unfortunately had hurt his back. Which I did understand as I also suffer with my back. I felt that the edges and corners could have been done better however the rest was fine.”

“Very easy to organise. Clear pricing and communications at all stages. Arrived on time. Was very conscientious and courteous. Did a very good job on a very old 3-piece leather sofa set. Left the working area neat and tidy. Happy to recommend them.”

“It was a fantastic experience interacting with & getting the work done by Wizard Cleaning. A simple call away & we were talking to a very pleasant & friendly lady (Angela - hope got her name right?), who was professional, knew exactly what she was talking about, guided us very well when we stated our requirement & shared a quote at the end of the conversation. Crisp, Clear, Efficient !! The staff which came over for the cleaning were bang on time (in fact a bit earlier, which was great), were very professional, knowledgeable & went about their job with quiet efficiency. The pricing was also reasonable & value for money. Overall, again, 3 words to describe Wizard Cleaning - Crisp, Clear, Efficient - & to add couple more - Friendly, Knowledgeable, Professional & Value for Money !!”

“The cleaning was generally very good but the areas that were heavily stained were only marginally cleaner. I had thought that as you had said it would all be done with a heavy duty cleaner, that all these areas would be thoroughly cleaned. I didn't say anything at the time as the cleaner had already finished and packed all the very heavy cleaning equipment into his car BEFORE calling me downstairs to look at the work. I decided not to make a fuss but as you are specifically asking, there's no point in me not telling you the truth.”

“It was disappointing unfortunately. They made a mess in the hall, entrance and on the stairs. They were not considerate or careful. The stain on the carpet is still there so I haven’t seen any difference before and after cleaning the carpet in the room. I won’t be using your services again.”
