“Unlike many of the other reviews I only have positive things to say about WomanWithin. I live in New Zealand so rely on international shipping and receive my parcels usually within 3 weeks of confirming my purchases. I have never had a problem with shipping. I also like the range and variety of clothing on offer and have bought from swim suits, sleepwear, tops, bottoms and coats and jackets. Always top quality, the fit is as stated and I have never needed to return anything so can't comment on that part of WomanWithin. I would say to potential customers to buy one item initially to get a feel of how it all works a d build up from there. I now often purchase about 4 items per order. I am not receiving anything from WomanWithin for writing this review- I just wanted to balance out all the negative reviews as that has not been my experience.”
“Just received the shoes I ordered. One shoe fits halfway decent. Even though they are marked as the same size, the other shoe is so big, I am slipping out of it as I walk, so that could be an accident waiting to happen. If I return them, I am still out the high price of shipping and handling. I may try insole inserts & heel inserts to prevent slippage. Also I've noticed their quality of clothing is not as good as it used to be. I recently ordered 3 pair of tall pant. The length was good, but one was much tighter than the other 2 of the same size.”
“Ordered the medium size thermal "sweatshirt ". The material was thermal but no way near a sweatshirt. Pleased with the fitting for myself because I have small wrist but may not fit if someone's were bigger.”

“I have bought jeans and thermal tops for many years from Woman Within. I have always been pleased UNTIL NOW. The quality of these items has plummeted. The jeans were made of thin material, and the thermal shirts were about 1/3 the weight of their former product. I was shocked! This was my go-to company for years!”
“Woman Within practices "bait and switch" techniques by mailing "sale" catalogs nearly every week. If you try to order something from the catalog--SURPRISE! It has suddenly changed price--higher, of course. Much of their advertising is made up of LIES. Their imported clothing may look okay in online or catalog photos, but if you buy a garment, you will see that fabric and construction are mediocre at best and horrible at worst. You cannot send anything back without being charged a highway robbery fee for the shipping. NOT WORTH IT!”
“Woman Within plays a game with shipments. The company creates a FedEx label and sends an email that the package has left the building. It doesn't mean that the package has been shipped because FedEx hasn't received it yet. It's deceitful. If it's going to take two to three weeks to receive an order, own it. There's nothing worse than a retailer that blatantly lies to its customers.”
“Their sizing is ridiculous. I am an XL, except from them, I usually order L. Just spent almost $200 only to have nothing fit. I look like a 6 yr old in my mom's clothes.
Miraculously I should be ordering a M now??? And now they CHARGE to return items? I am DONE with them.”
“WOW! Thought I'd try Woman Within for a pair of white jeans. Their site says free returns. I paid $ 32.49 and the pants arrived with no invoice or how to return. I finally got a rep who sent me a shipping label and I sent them promptly back. I had to call today and got transferred several times until I got someone to look up my return. They gave me $13.30 back! What a rip off! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Buyers beware, the clothes are cheap and they have a TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY.”
“I placed a $350. with woman within. the tops were really cheap and pilled. I sent them back. they deducted the shipping and only allowed 1/2 the amount. they told me I could have happy points. I was going to order more clothes. they told me I had to pay shipping again. If I ordered more clothes I would not. that is a horrible company that borders on scammers. the tops I kept are cheap one was 2x the size it said it was. the pants are way to thin..I have been scammed out of 350. dollars. Never again.”

“First and last time doing business with this place. I should have looked more closely at their return policy. A 79.00 order when I purchased it , was 52.00 when I returned it. Very disappointed in the products and definitely their way of doing business.”
