“When received the package was torn open on one side and the product sheets were warped. I still have not used them since I put them in a press to flatten them before use. It has rained for the past three days so I left them being pressed. I haven't checked on them for a week but they seem to be flat once more. I laser engrave and scroll saw the [Baltic Birch] and I sand and finish the wood prior to doing my work. I hope things work out well and if so will order more products from you. Ken”

“I order a lot from Woodpeckers Crafts and like the products but the items are not packed well and often arrive damaged. I always pay for the insurance so I do get replacements but it takes extra time I don’t have to spare. Even if they would tape the corners of the boxes it would help so much! The boxes are so heavy and take 10 days to arrive most times. Also everything is thrown in together which also causes damage in shipping.”

“I purchased many of the small wooden shapes to use for my handcrafted baby rattles. I ended up having to make the holes larger for some of the items. They work great for the rattles.”

“Coffins were good, hardware was nice (hinges square, clasps work). Wood was a bit tougher than expected, needed a throughout finish sanding before staining. After sanding and staining, finished product came out great. Would definitely buy again.”

“Wood dowels are good quality hardwood. Had a few nicks and a few were warped but doing a grandchild pickler triangle and will work okay. You do need to note that the ends are tapered. Helps me out with my project but might throw others off.”

“I bought 1/4" baltic birch plywood. I cut out parts for a wooden clock on my cnc router. I was a little disappointed with 1 sheet. I'm pretty sure the bb side of it wasn't baltic birch. Other than that the parts come out great. On the bad one that side chip and slivered pretty bad.”

“I purchased over 1000 checker pieces from Woodpeckers to make homemade checker sets for kids. While a few were cracked, the workmanship was excellent and the finish was also very good. I hope to do this again next year.”

“I ordered 2 pieces of 1/2 round dowels to be used on a project for a client. The pieces arrived and I immediately noticed that the box was damaged during shipping. When I opened the box I discovered that one of the dowels was also damaged. Fortunately, I was able to work around the damage. I was surprised that the dowels were simply placed in the box without any paper or bubble wrap to protect them. Other than the damage, the pieces I ordered were exactly what I needed.”
