I live in the US and was a bit concerned about ordering a product from abroad. The Woolroom extended timely, efficient, and excellent service. Their product is beyond my expectation. easy to order, fast shipping, everything is good, didn't get my order yet, so can't tell anything about actual items, the reason I took one star off is I wasn't able to buy alpaca comforter, because when I added it to cart it would double the price automatically - it's some bug on your website, I emailed for help and answer from your customer service was to make sure I have only one item in the cart (which is I did), so I guess no comforter for me :)
