Click and collect now appears to gives oldest unsellable produce at inflated prices. All todays fruit in the bin, refund requested. Then went in the store to check quality and price one hour later. Online price navel oranges $1.78 each, instore price works out .90c each and way better quality.

The Woolworths website is completely USELESS. Recent changes no longer allow shoppers to see the latest catalogue or Browse Products to check whether they are in stock. A complete waste of time now. I will move my shopping over to Coles. At least they still have access to both weekly catalogues and Browse Products services. I have given 1 star on this review, because it is the only way I can comment, however I would have preferred to have given 0 stars.

I bought 2 x Beurre Bosc pears at the Rockingham WA store yesterday, 5 April. Attached is a photograph of the product when I started to prepare them for dessert today, 6 April. The quality of your fresh produce is extremely poor, you should be ashamed of calling yourself, "The Fresh Food People".

Woolworths are committing 'Food Fraud' The fruit on their shelves( especially stone fruit) are as hard as rocks and when taken home...after few days just rots or is floury. This has gone on all summer long.

I wonder if Woolworths could tell me why when I went to pay for my groceries today only 2 out of 7 cash tills were open. Once again Woolworths is dictating to us how we can pay for our groceries.

The continual price gouging weekly on products is appuling not 5 cents $1 or more .......their mud cakes have shrunk to half what they were but have increased in price $6.50 for rubbish and I could go on n onyeah you are really looking after your customers. Let's not get into NO SERVICE

I went to my Local Woolworths in Perth today (Easter Monday) to buy some more Hot Cross buns……guess what…. NONE IN THE STORE! Their EXCUSE..transport problems. Well so much for the FRESH FOOD PEOPLE! Our so called fresh buns are bought in to WA from Melbourne! To think they have been selling Hot Cross buns since JANUARY and here we are EASTER and none in their store. Get your act together Woolworths!

For the past several weeks we have not received updates on our orders. Substitutions have been made but we have been charged more. Word to the wise, don't order for delivery on a weekend. The gremlins who pick the orders get hungry. We found they had opened and helped themselves to almost half of a Christmas pudding. Delivery prices are going up all the time. We may have to stop home delivery. We will miss our friendly drivers, but that's all that will be missed.

I’ve been shopping there 25 yrs and was always happy but now lm not. There’s always shelves not stocked , quite annoying. Prices came down for a while but have gone back up. Understaffed a lot of the time. Not very happy atm.

How do you justify 7.80 for a cauliflower I thought you were supposed to be dropping prices that's highway robbery.

Fresh food people...sure in a paralel universe.Had to return a pack of unfresh chicken and battle my way through Woolworths staff who refused to give me a refund even if its in their policy.I guess they never read it.) Later , got telephone call from area manager Murat who instead of embracing me as a customer and help with the solution , started to defend his staff and insinuate that I somehow caused a trouble in the store. Never shop with these con artists again. But why am I surprised? After watching the interview with Woolworths CEO , i have no questions remained.)

Did an online order on 16 February for delivery 17 February. All my dairy, was packed in with the grocery products and hot. My frozen goods were warm. The driver said that the trucks air conditioning unit had not worked all day. He delivered my order at 7pm. All my orders came from Wodonga. The last 4 orders have been wrong or very late delivery. Customer service at all levels does not exist.
