I ordered one copy of 'Gut' by Giulia Enders, but received two! I came to your website (as an alternative to the Amazon monopoly) simply wanting to order a book, but had not reckoned on having to sign up to an account (though I suppose this is what every commercial retailer aims to do for extra custom these days. So I decided to abandon my first attempt and try again (so why did I get two?!). Notably there was no invoice page where I could amend the order if it showed I was purchasing two copies instead of one. Fortunately (for your company) my wife found a friend who accepted it.

I never received my order because it got lost in transit. Comms were great though and I have a replacement on the way. We'll see what happens!

Book was in vgc. But delivery was very poor. 1.This very small book - far less than A5 size, was packed in huge A3 size cardboard package, that wouldn't go through my letterbox. 2. 'Whistle' left it behind a wheelie bin - no note thru door to say where it was or email to say it had been delivered. I found it by chance a few days later - NOT impressed - could have been nicked by then.

The order arrived well packaged but the book inside was damaged very obviously to the front - with 2 tears in the card of the board book cover. Not easy to understand how it could have been placed inside the box in that condition as it was so very obvious. Disappointing but I was so looking forward to having a new book for my baby boy that I used it anyway as I didn't want to have to wait again for another order. Also I ordered 3 books and 2 came reasonably quickly although not fast, the 3rd took quite a while from order to arrival.

Good prices. Good selection. And postage is always easy to open and well presented. However, there was a huge delay on my book. I only got an email notification of the delay after it was too late. By that time I didn't need the book as much. I still went through with the order but it was not ideal.

I cancelled my order shortly after ordering it (less 10 mins later), but to do this I had to send an email, which was then manually reviewed by a person who then would cancel the order. By the time someone read my email, the shipment had already been dispatched, so now I paid for a book that I didn't want. Less than ideal. Please automate this function.

The book arrived quickly, but it was not of the specified standard. Classed as excellent, but the corners were dog-eared, there were a number of ink stamps on the introduction pages and on the long edge of the pages.

Althouth I made the order in a date that was in time to deliver before Christmas (your information, provided in the time of rhe order), I received only one book (the order had 7 books, sent in 4 deliveries) in time for it to be a Christmas present. The last deliver was in the end of the first week of january, and on top of it one of the books was damaged. I didn't dare to send it back, imagining the time it will take to get another one. I probably won't order again from Wordery.

We didn´t receive the products! As Wordey don´t send with tracking number, we don´t know where is the products. We are in contact with Magda to solve the problem!

Two out of three deliveries have disappeared in the post now, one of which I paid extra for express delivery. The extra I paid for quicker delivery was refunded but then the replacement book was sent out standard delivery which didn't feel like very good customer service at all. Wordery used to be my 'go to' site for books and the prices are still fairly competitive but missing items and lackadaisical customer service means I think I might look elsewhere in future.

Rather saddened that more care wasn't taken to package the books correctly.3 out of the 4 books ordered arrived with damaged,squished & dented corners,& a broken plastic dust jacket.I always look after my books,& was really disappointed to see their state on arrival.It would definitely make me reconsider any further purchase.

My order was for Christmas. Before placing the order, I confirmed my delivered day was ahead of the holiday. Yet, it's delayed 3 days so I couldn't receive it before the holiday. Customer service representative replied it's the holiday season so delayed delivery is normal. What a good saying. I won't order books here. Very irresponsible reply.
