“cousrs was started then I was called away so it sat for 2 weeks and I was able to resume where I left off Its very well laid out but some of the parts pertaining to whos law superceeds who is bit thick for my brain. you have this one over that except when there is an exception and then you must follw another law unless its different then you must comply with the ailine who you are shipping with. This on the exam is very difficult to know and I am sure very few people who take an on line refreshed course will need to know that. Since many of us handle the same of simular products over and over special rules dont happen often and when they do we are yusually informed by the shipper or the ailine stops it and tells you of the exception. I have failed the test both times and its those questions that beat me. Other than that it is very easy to do and very forgiving as far as repeatiing and allowing you to stop and come back to continue thank you so much for making it available to us”
