“I went to World End Tiles in Battersea and was served by Francesco Bruno, he was extremely helpful and very efficient. He sourced the tiles I wanted, kept me informed and they were delivered when expected. I decided to tile another wall so order some more. Francesco was away, I got his out of office email so I called the showroom and spoke to a lady who was also as helpful and efficient as Francesco. Francesco also emailed me on his return to make sure all was well. Excellent customer service !”
