“Easy to place an order, but when I went to collect the item purchased a different product had been picked The situation was resolved , with the warehouse operative stating the incorrect item had been placed in the wrong picking box . It was a good job I did not have the item delivered and collected my order as a lot of hassle would have been caused with the wrong delivery!”

“Used click and collect quite easy to do, except when we went to collect from the warehouse couldn’t find a sign for World of camping, ended up having to ring the office only to be told they are part of a large group and there was no sign for there warehouse 🤷‍♀️”

“sharp fast delivery. tent is spacious, airy and so easy to put up. im a novice and found it fairly quick and easy. Amazing. When putting away deflated quickly and actually fitted in bag provided. if looking for a glamping experience this is for you , not run of the mill tent, truly exceptional. NOT cheap by any means but well worth the money. so solid the air beams are amazing.”

“Great customer service from this company. Couldn't believe that next day delivery would be upheld but it was! Arrived the next morning. Lovely, stylish calor gas heater - very well packed by the company. Would recommend purchasing from world of Camping anytime.”

“Overall pleased with the ordering process and communication, my only criticism was that after placing and paying for the order for 4 wine glasses I was later informed by email that they now only had 2 glasses in stock and that they would not be back in stock until the new year.”
