I didn't perches anything this time, the item I was after was out of stock and you were not due any in till end of August, that would have been to late as the camping season would be almost over.

As I write this review I am waiting for a refund. The goods I ordered aren't in stock in spite of what the website states. I never received a confirmation email but they took the money from my account so I figured it was going through. When nothing else happened I queried what was happening with my order. I was told they had emailed me to tell me the item is on back order. I have ,like the confirmation email, never received any such message, and they are saying it could be in by the middle of next week. I am getting the feeling they are not a great company to buy from so have asked for my money back as I am unwilling to wait an unspecified time for this to arrive.

Ordered three items - all of which were in stock on the website. Got a phone call 2 days later to say that one item wasn't in stock and I'd have to wait an unspecified amount of time for it, and one item was discontinued.

The delivery company used are a shambles. Missed first deliver, second delivery never came but got a text today to say it was being delivered yesterday , then in another text today was given a delivery time and yet another text at 11:30'ish to say they tried to deliver at 13:48 but no one was in!!!! It's not even 13:30 yet!!!

Thank you for your review. We have contacted customer services and confirmed you have received the wrong product. Apparently a new set is being sent out to you. This has also been raised with our warehouse manager who is in charge of dispatching order to make sure this does not happen again. Please accept our apologies on the occassion.

The article is too cumbersome to fit into the storage space. We are being charged £12.00 to return it. Apparently, the Free Returns blazoned on the top of the page only applies to faulty goods. Not worth using this on-line company.

We ordered a sun lounger, but when the parcel arrived it was a tent. On contacting World of Camping we were informed that our Quest Elite Relaxer had been sent to the person wanting the tent. On receiving the lounger back WoC called to arrange a specific day delivery which we agreed would be Tuesday 4th July, but it did not arrive. We had stayed in all day hoping it would come. Early the next day we had notification that it would arrive early afternoon which meant we had to rearrange our whole day to suit. Sadly our experience is that World of Camping seems a bit chaotic!

I placed my order on the Thursday and did not get an order number, nor a confirmatory e-mail. Over the weekend I tried to create an account so that I could track my order and was told that a verification code would be e-mailed to me so that I could open my account - it wasn't, so I tried again, with the same result. Meanwhile my credit card had been charged the full value of the order. On the Monday I called to see what was happening and was told that my order would arrive between 1:30 and 2:30 - I had received no other notification that this would be happening. The order didn't arrive, anyway, even though I stayed in waiting for it. We received no notification that the delivery had failed. On Tuesday I called again and was told that the driver couldn't find us (we are right by the side of the road) but that he would call again between 2:40 and 3:40, which he did (with six minutes to spare!). I asked the driver what had happened the day before - essentially he was following his satnav and drove right past our house. When he realised he'd gone 800 yards too far he couldn't be arsed to turn round - also he had our 'phone number but was in too much of a hurry to be bothered to use it. So, although the goods arrived in the end, poor customer service, no communication, dire delivery service.

Ordered a Dual Protector for my new Outwell Vermont XLP I ordered it on a Friday night but come the following Monday evening I have had no correspondence from them confirming my order I call them up but then they told me they couldn't find my order and would have to call me back as soon as I ended the call I got a text message saying my delivery from them would be the next day via UK Mail as I wasn't going to be home I used their on-line system to organise to pick the parcel up from my local delivery centre but when I've got home tonight it's be chucked over my garden gate and has sat in a puddle since it was lobbed over the fence! Not what I was expecting I spend hundreds and hundreds of pounds on camping equipment every year and won't be using them again and will be commenting on various forums about them.

Service was great and swift so top marks there. However the magnetic awning rail product I purchased is sadly useless. Fits well but magnets do not stick to van and not a chance of supporting a rather small awning. Very disappointed in product.

I ordered a carpet for my Vango awning at the weekend on a 3-5 working day delivery. On the Thursday I rang to check the delivery to be told it was out of stock and that they'd emailed me to info me. They hadn't! I also asked why in that case did they proceed to take my money in the knowledge that I would expect the item in that timeframe yet it wasn't in stock? .... I was then told that a pop-up would have told me this when I went to my shopping basket during the sale... It didn't! I am now awaiting a full refund after cancelling my order.. I wonder how long that will take? Fortunately I am in full knowledge of my statutory rights!!! I have dealt with this organisation for the last time!!

Placed order last Wed. After 6 days no indication of when order might be delivered. ( expensive caravan motor mover) . Called and James was very helpful in confirming order has been placed. Still waiting for delivery but hopeful it will happen in next 5 days.

I telephoned to make an order.I was advised that someone from the wholesale dept would call me. I did not receive the call and had to phone again. When the items arrived there was no invoice so I phoned. I was informed that an email should have been sent so they would send another one. That was 24hrs ago and still no invoice.

The product we purchased was a blue diamond wind break, we used it for the first time and three of the wooden poles broke leaving the windbreak unusable for the rest of the holiday.

Order placed on 20 May and paid £5.99 for 3-5 day delivery , but it did not arrive until today 30th!!! Considering the item was only £3:75 I feel somewhat cheated! Please respond Alan

Goods were fine but when paying for express delivery it should be next working day, not 3-4 days. £9.99 is a lot to pay for a normal postage service.
