Ordered two luxury reclining camping chairs totalling £180 and get an e mail stating "not in stock" and would I mind waiting a couple of weeks. Can't wait to see how many weeks a couple is! Not really good enough!!

I ordered a tent which is due back in stock soon. Days later I was told they could not fulfil my order due to too many preorders for the item. Staff were friendly enough by phone but they should not have accepted money online for something they ultimately couldn't provide. I'm extremely disappointed.

Poor quality packing hence delivery returned on first occasion. Second delivery only part complete. Still awaiting items. Poor when order has to pre paid for.

Email addressed to Dear A - ? Placed an order to be delivered to my customer's address, confirmation of the order listed two postcodes in the delivery address details, I only entered one per address - didn't think anymore of it until a text from my customer complaining that goods still not received after a week, checked with your office, the courier had returned the goods because of confusion due to two postcodes appearing on the delivery details - fair enough, systems have glitches and mistakes are made - but why does it take me to ring up and query what's gone wrong before you sort out a returned parcel appears to be the point?

Both items out of stock when initially ordered and received a very prompt apology email to explain that the items would be in stock very soon and I would hear from them shortly. However over 2 weeks later I heard heard nothing and had to ring the office myself for an update. That said I was dealt with efficiently and advised when the item still on back order would be in and when it would be delivered. This information would have been nice in an email to explain the situation as the information was available. It would have saved me having to chase. The items however were delivered on the date stated after I contacted them and very competitively priced.

There was no opportunity to use the SIGNUP5 code when ordering online. There was no order confirmation by email. Delivery is currently two days late and UK Mail tracker just says delayed.

The Item I ordered and paid for wasn't in stock although the website said it was. I ended up having to go elsewhere to purchase the tent and had the hassle of getting my money refunded although this seems to have been done quite efficiently.

One of the chairs is great, but the other one has faulty stitching on the seat. I am organising to return this chair today. Also the big problem is removing the protective plastic - It takes SO long, and it is impossible to get all of it removed, so some bits are sticking out of joints.

I ordered a porch awning which I was told after payment is out of stock. No further update which I find dissapointing as I am going away in the caravan I the next few weeks and need the porch awning.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that your order arrived with what looks like rust damage. We have raised this issue with our supplier as this is not an acceptable standard of quality we would expect ourselves.

One of two chairs that were delivered had a broken table. The outside packaging was clearly damaged and this could have been picked up prior to delivery. However the replacement took place quickly and efficiently.

I had very quick delivery which was good but the tent itself was in appalling shape. One of the poles is cracked, and so makes the whole tent lopsided, and difficult to completely cover the inner section. The zips aren't great, and need tugging at to actually close the tent, and one of the fabric pieces that attaches to the pole clip was completely frayed and broke off straight away. I'm currently in a different country attempting to camp and I actually hate this tent every night I'm having to put it up.

A member of our customer service team spoke to you on the telephone regarding this order on the day you placed it and even though it was a present for your wife you agreed at the time to wait. We have an updated date from Outwell for this product which is the middle of March to them so it would take a further 7-10 days to get it out to you. One chamber of the airbed keeps going down. Very disappointing, and just too much hassle to return for a replacement. Shame.

The feet of the oven fell off before we even opened the package - So now we need to fix it- Not good to receive a broken product!

This was my first experience with WoC. After a week my order still said processing so I queried it. On a positive note - the response to my query was quick - the next day, However the outcome was that due to a technical glitch the item was sold out and my order cancelled. If I hadn't queried my order - when would it have been picked up. In fact my order still says processing. This was to have been a Xmas present for my sister. I am ordering from overseas so the whole thing is very inconvenient. Regards Claire

Thank you for your reveiw. After speaking with customer sevices it is correct that there was an IT issue with your order and for this we apologise. Alot of IT systems today are automated and not scrutinised by humans and subsequently not picked up easily and quickly. We are disappointed on this ocassion we could not facillitate your order and again apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We received the Provence heater, a day later than we were advised , necesittating two of us to spend two whole days between us waiting for the parcel to finally arrive at 5.30pm....I think when todays deliverys are so good, the delivery company was appalling in not advising us of the delays The Fire Looks good however the front leg was detached when opening , therfore we have been unable to use it yet as we decided that as it was decorative and not functional to have it repaired in situ, We could not go through the pain barrier of returning and having another delivery
