I have been buying Wrap London for years. I love the cotton/hemp tops the wash well. No shrinkage and last for years. It is very easy to return or exchange an item. The delivery is quick and the price is typical for quality clothing. I have not been unhappy with Wrap London.

Wrap London is a bit pricey but their fabrics and construction are top notch. I especially love their linen knits. I live in them when I’m traveling and often at home as well. This past summer a seam wasn’t well-sewn and they immediately replaced the item. Just wish it didn’t take so long to receive things but they ARE from Europe after all.

I have shopped with them and “sister”? Co, Poetry Fashion for at least 8 years and have NO complaints. The styles and quality are excellent, and sizing works if you read and measure something that fits at home and compare. I admit to using their FedEx fast shipping which leaves the boxes more intact than regular; shipping from the UK is their biggest problem but can’t fix. quality wise. I will always be a customer.

I've read some bad reviews about the quality of the clothing and customer service. I will admit, several years ago, I waited a very very long time for my shipment (from FL) and was not pleased, but I did receive good customer service over the issue. I do like their clothing styles, which I find somewhat unique, so I've tried them again recently and I'm very happy with the quality, improved delivery time, and improved website - now offering FedEx delivery

Clothing is very high quality. Lovely colors Beautiful, comfortable, natural fabrics. This is not fast fashion. My only complaint is the length of the dresses/skirts/pants are too long, I am 5'2", and have to be altered. One of my favorite places to buy clothes.

I absolutely love both wrap and poetry clothing!! I’ve been ordering for about 8 years and rarely need to return anything, I almost exclusively wear their clothes, plus I wear Johnny Was.

Their clothes look good online; however, what you see is not what you get. The quality is totally different. Thx U

The sizes are all over the place! I spent ages on the phone speaking to an agent to ensure I received the proper sizes, based on garment measurement and still had to ship the entire lot back for an exchange! The next sizes were better but not perfect. I tried exchanging again but by this time my credit card company was thinking it was fraud and did not authorize the advance exchange so I didn’t get my new size shipped out in time. Nobody from the company alerted me to this so I had to cancel the exchange because we were going away. Basically they are cheaply made clothes with inaccurate sizing and poor customer service. The sales agents here in the US did not have a way of confirming the sale or shipping out the garments since everything is done in England. There is no way to communicate with the folks in England either so you have to deal with the agents here.

Have been buying Wrap London for years - mostly good - but just bought the most expensive linen dress ever. Totally disappointed! Terrible quality linen - like a tea towel Hem not straight- sagging on left side Honestly could have bought in a cheap seaside market. What has happened to your quality?

I simply tried to return an expensive pare of pants that my mom ordered before she unexpectedly passed away. I was mislead, misinformed and strung along during the entire ultimately unsuccessful process. This company is unprofessional and unethical. Avoid.

I know nothing about this company they are sending me a catalogue what a waste not my style or taste. In this day and age with such concern for waste it is just ridiculous.

I paid over a 100. For a sweatshirt for daughter for christmas last year , there was a 2 ! Inch difference in the lengths of the sleeves! I was mortified but had traveled out of country with it, too difficult to return!

really very expensive and unfortunately very poor quality clothing I ordered a linen cardigan - the fabric was really thin there was a huge rip down the front seam making it totally unwearable to be fair I did receive a prompt refund although I had to request the refund of my delivery costs which otherwise I wouldn’t have received ( just quote the Consumer Credit Regulations 2013 - companies are legally obliged to refund this regardless of the reason you returned the goods ) I wouldn’t buy from Wrap London again - there are way better companies out there

An expensive coat described as a 'utility parka' made of waxed cotton leaked after I wore it for half an hour in heavy rain. Useless. These look good but they are pretend clothes that don't hold up to normal wear.

Like the previous review I shopped often on the wrap website. Pricey-yes but lovely materials &styles. Therefore I gasped when I opened the latest catalogue. I know boho is in but do we all need to look like prison warders? Dreadful styling. Sorry but I think I’ll sit this catalogue out

No matter how many times they change the name and how many different names they use i.e. poetry, it is still very expensive and very poor quality. The styles are ideal but quality is not. I am not certain but I believe they close the Florida distribution center so it is even more difficult to do business with them.
