I used Wrike at my previous job and it allowed our team really to take full advantage of agile marketing. Having used a previous tool, Wrike was light years ahead and allowed us to keep track of our projects and tasks while collaborating in the tool at the same time. It really became the backbone platform for our marketing team and the other teams we worked throughout the company. Having the ability to create your own folder/project structure and apply tags allowed for quick organization within the tool. I highly recommend the use of Wrike!

We are using Wrike to quickly turn notes into activities and build on the current methods to do a continuous improvement of the processes that were in place before the PMO mindset settled in. Wrike has allowed us to collaborate with ease and to be able to communicate expectations quickly not only internally but also to external contributors. The multidimensional aspect of the folders comes in very handy when your projects are long and transversal on scope and resources. It is very convenient and being allowed to interact directly from the Gannt is a big win.

Wrike is my favourite Saas decision for my work and personal life. I have two accounts - one is for personal GTD and the second - is for my teams, where I do my tasks, even if in reality there are no people in these projects - just for self-registration of completed tasks. - What are the features you like most in Wrike? 1. A flexibility of projecting regimes - you can do it under waterfall, or under kanban. 2. A flexibility of tasks views. 3. You can have a deal with numbers and a resource management inside your project management in Wrike. 4. http://club.wrike.com - a place where you can earn additional bonuses and money on amazon! 5. vote.wrike.com - a place where you can source the devs about new features and they usually respond! - What are some of your favorite Wrike updates? Custom Statutes, Custom Fields - What would you add to Wrike features? Oh, there are many of them. A good normal integrated calendar, not a current one, a normal internal instant messenger, which will be a really instant - a current system of commentaries doesn't work properly with a really needed for a typical burst conversation without pressing f5, some lacks in the dashboards and widgets interface are needed to neutralized, a desktop client version is strongly needed, because chrome browser could have too many opened pages, including custom statuses feature in a professional plan is strongly needed for those who don't need the other functionality of a business version! - Who would take advantage of using Wrike? Pms, marketers, freelancers, small agile taskforces - How did Wrike change the way you work? I'm trying to register all my life in it from a moment

We've been using Wrike for over two years and our team has found it extremely useful. Wrike allows us to fasten and smoothen our collaborative work process. Moreover, the followups and overall project execution has been very efficient with Wrike. This has allowed us to work in real-time and more closely with our clients. Thanks Wrike team :)

Since bringing Wrike into our operations, it has changed the way the teams communicate, collaborate, and work together, for the better. Before, we struggled to understand department workloads and task management was managed independently by team leaders. Now, we all have an overview on client projects, tasks and workloads. C The feature of time tracking has been the biggest change for us - this has helped us understand as a business where we spend time the most, and helped us re-evaluate our operational costs. One of the best things about Wrike is also the support team - whenever a team member is struggling, the team at Wrike are on hand immediately to guide you through. We've never looked back since bringing Wrike into our processes!

One thing I love about wrike is the customer service. Wrike's customer service is unbeatable! When we first started, they were so helpful. I'd get on there all the time to ask questions and they answered everything.

Wrike is a great product for keeping you organized, on-task, and on the same page as your co-workers. I've loved using Wrike and never want to go back to our old ways of just e-mail and tons of Google Docs!

I have been a user/administrator of Wrike for about 5 years and have been very pleased with the program. This program has all the functionalities you need for project management and then some. Wrike is always continuing to improve their product by listening to their clients. I have submitted several request for improved functionality that would help me work more efficiently and have seen these requests implemented. I would definitely recommend Wrike to anyone that needs a PM software package to keep multi-project on track.

As a freelancer, I have found Wrike to be an asset when it comes to staying on top of projects and staying in touch with my client. I appreciate the clean interface and the company's commitment to improving their product. I find the updates to be useful and enjoy reading about them on LinkedIn and then poking around in Wrike to see what the updates look like in action. I would certainly recommend this product to others.

Wrike is a great tool for collaboration, project mangement, accountability and workflow. Having all of our departments tasks in one place has proven to be quite successful in terms of organization, deadlines and accountability. We have 25 users and every user is basing their workload for the day off of what has been input into the Wrike system. Reporting has become much more streamlined and meetings are more efficient because of Wrike.

Wrike is a solid project management tool that is becoming more and more flexible. We're a small company (15 employees) and we use it to collaborate and manage projects across the U.S. -- a number of us work remotely. PROS: Easy organization Ability to create custom tags Nice charts, easy to see the "big picture" of projects Now integrates with Office 365 You can quickly tag a coworker by using the "@" sign. CONS: It doesn't do "copy/paste" very well. A lot of times I'll copy/paste notes in or a website link and the whole Wrike task will shut down or the fonts will go all wonky. No font choices or font color choices when working tasks Needs more color coding ability

Wrike has improved our Design Teams project management process by leaps and bounds. I like it very much! And the mobile accessibility is great too! There have been a few glitches along the way, but overall it's been a big improvement for team communication.

I think wrike is a great tool to manage jobs. Especially when there are multiple timelines. Our work uses it everyday and everyone loves it so much. The interface is so easy to navigate and it is awesome that it is so customizable. We don't know what we would do without wrike!

My whole team uses Wrike everyday. It has improved our work flow immeasurably. Being able to set up timeline for each project allows everyone to manage their time much more efficiently. We have been utilizing dependences lately and that has helped tremendously in setting expectation of any given timeline for a project involving multiple people in any of our many national offices. I don't know who we would be able to manage without it. I even use it to manage tasks in my personal life now. :) Thank you!

Wrike is a good project management for teams. It allows you to separate projects in folders, assign tasks, set and adjust dates, and all of the other things you would expect from a project management software. Wrike features three levels of membership for you and your team and those levels feature different capabilities based on your team size. That is my largest complaint about Wrike. Reporting out is an important feature that was taken away from the two lowest paying levels. There are other functions, like scheduling around time-off and adding additional custom fields to work to track budgets, priorities, etc. that are unavailable to all levels of membership. While I understand that some smaller teams may not need these features, it seems rather silly to make up the minds of your users for them and not allow those features without an upgrade. I also caution anyone what wants to integrate with Apple products, as using Wrike with Outlook for Mac is not available. Wrike could improve on how their Gantt Charts print out, as it is also not very user friendly, but the product is meant to be used online only, so it's a complaint that I generally let slide because of that fact. I'd give it a 7/10 because of all of these things. It has greatly helped our team, but I think we could excel more with some updates and more flexibility of use.

Before I found Wrike I struggled and wasted numerous hours on Microsoft Project. Moving to Wrike has been a freeing experience. I dare you to just give it a try for two or three projects from start to finish. Then compare the time you spent preparing and managing to before Wrike. I also challenge you to use Wrike in a custom way and test the Wrike engineers. They are awesome!
