“I had great service for last address that I did a move out with, that team made everything shine. So I wanted to continue with Molly maid service to do bi-weekly cleaning at my new location within the same city. However believe it is a different office.
I have just had them since Jun and they have totally ruined the master shower. They don’t clean where the side meets bottom and now growing grout. They have also ruined all the sides and door they are scratched all up like they are using steal wool or something and have been getting worse most likely will have to replace them.
First or second time here they knocked into a wax warmer on the counter and that split wax all down inside and didn’t say anything we didn’t notice for a few days.
Sometimes when they take things out to do the floors they leave them sitting out in the middle of other room and don’t put them back not even at the edge of room but right in the middle.
This has now put a very bad taste in my mouth for Molly Maid and after a super first experience with them. And now even Leary to try another company.
I have even texted the service after last cleaning and sent picture and have never heard nothing from them since.”
“I have had Molly maid for several years now. The two girls , Carina and Nancy team #11 are the best I have had! Their cleaning is over the top! They are friendly and they are gentle when cleaning and vacuuming around my antique furniture. They clean everything! Great girls! Highly recommend them!”
“Beware of using Molly Maid cleaning services if you want to keep your furniture and decor around the house intact. Absolute Mishandling of property and items while cleaning. Speaking from a 4 year experience using them and after giving them several chances to improve I give up. Absolutely pathetic!”

“I hired Molly Maid to clean a completely empty ranch house before I moved in. As a newly single mom to two boys teaching full time during a pandemic I needed someone else to the deep clean to save time and Remove some stress from my life. I was not able to get to the new house and verify that the professionals did their job correctly because I am staying with parents while finalizing the divorce and my kids after school activities. I was also unaware of the 24 hour policy because my mom looked them up and made the appointment due to the fact that I have hard time getting things done during business hours as a teacher. When I was able to call Molly maid and let them know none of my drawers had been wiped out and my blinds were nasty and tried to explain my situation I was basically told sucks to be you. They won’t do anything because I am outside their window even though the house is still completely empty and I am Not yet living there. All I wanted was the drawers wiped out and and the blinds done like they were supposed to. The lady acted like I was trying to steal from her and I was being unreasonable. No Mam, at $238 to clean an empty house with no drawers/cabinets/blinds wiped. I was the one that was robbed. No attempt to make it better, not even an offer for a discount clean to give a second chance. Please note the extreme cobwebs on the blinds”
“The girls are employed to make everyday life easier. We appreciate their attention to detail! Molly Maid is the most cost effective cleaning crew out of the four other services I reviewed. We are self assured that should there be something that does not meet our expectations they will come back and take care of the issue eager and was smiling faces. “I guess my biggest mistake was not doing research and/or checking around to see how many people were actually satisfied with the cleaning services by Molly maid. They came out to my house on Tuesday, June 28, 2021. The main things I want to done more than anything was washing my floors, vacuuming the carpets, and dusting. They did a horrible job. They started out when they first walked in the door asking me if I had a stepstool because they forgot their‘s. I told them that was no problem and they could use mine. However I don’t know why they wanted it when they didn’t dust the shelves that they would have needed the stepstool for. My black wood shelves that they dusted were left with white streak marks all over them, I have glass insert end table and coffee table in the family room which they never touched. My mirrors in my bedroom were not cleaned. My kitchen counters were not touch as far as I could tell, because when I moved anything on the counter you could see the dirt behind it. I will never have Molly maid again and I hope that anybody that reads this well think about it before they call them to their house. I’m 74 years old and I don’t have the money to pay they’re exuberant prices for a horrible job. One more thing. I was told I had to pay a $100 deposit upfront that was nonrefundable and that when they came out to clean they would give me the price of how much it would cost. I said that would be fine because I would like to know how much it was going to be before they started. Stayed in the basement while they clean so not to bother them and when the man came out to check things over and give me a price the only thing he left me was how much it would be if they came monthly weekly or every two weeks. It ended up costing me $403 which I now have a dispute filed with my Visa card company about the job they did and how much they expected me to pay. As of right now since I took lots of pictures I don’t think I’m going to have to pay them a dime. Sorry company and very disgusted customer !!!”
“They send teams of two. This is the first problem—they spend an awful a lot of time just chatting. I asked for two things to be done: vacuum the floors and dust the furniture. By 430 they had not done either despite coming at 2 o’clock. I finally said, “Would you PLEASE do the floor?” They left just after 5 o’clock and never dusted which was one of the two things I asked for. They wasted a lot of time frippering around with knickknacks they weren’t even supposed to touch. I was expecting to spend under $200. Instead I spent $320 and they did not even do the things I asked. Very disappointed in this service. It seems like they drag out what could have been a 2 hour job for 1 person into as much time as they can.”
“The crew that was sent to clean my house on September 15, 2020 was terrible! I call Dia and told her and the 3 came back in but they really didn’t do anything. While I was checking they just up and left. My stove was not clean, cooktop dirty, mirrors were not done, hardwood floors very dull, dust all on the dresser/headboard/footboard, and this is just a few of the things. Call back to Dia and no answer! Left messages then called the main office they tried to get in touch but got no answer. I finally talk to a lady and after 10 mins she talked to a supervisor who said she would call me in a few minutes. Well I have yet to hear from anyone! A real estate agent referred the company and if I could I would give this company a -10!! I have picture of most of the undone work.”
