I wish someone can launch an investigation to identify if the seller is defrauding me or if AliExpress is also in on this. The seller messaged my account that the product (treadmill) was not available and if I would change to a lower cost one. Since I did not see the message, I did not reply. The next thing I knew I received an email from AliExpress stating that my order was delivered and gave me a Fed Ex tracking number including routes/time stamps. I searched on Fed Ex using the tracking number and found a different product (office chair) delivered to a different location (not my front door). I called and the Fed Ex rep told me that particular tracking number did not match my name and address and that the shipper gave me the wrong tracking number. I reported this to AliExpress and AliExpress said that since my order status was "partially shipped," I could not file a dispute!!! I contacted the seller and the seller said there was a shortage and to wait instead of rendering my refund request. Both the seller and AliExpress ignored their email notification that stated the delivery had been completed and a phony route history was created using an erroneous tracking number. I have reported this to my credit card company. I really wish there is some kind of international law enforcement to deter thieves like them.

AliExpress just protect their people not customer, they never investigate your case. they just see tracking was delivered and picture from seller. did not know that tracking number was of someone else and picture is their front door. ( because seller input tracking number of someone else add it to your order).

Unfortunately aliexpress has no credibility and consumers should not trust it and make their purchases from it. When you pay for products that do not arrive at your address and instead of compensation, aliexpress avoids dealing with the case and admitting the problem, then obviously it is an unreliable business that should not be trusted by shoppers.

I spent over $50 over 2 months ago, they still won’t refund me, saying it’s still in transfer. Very difficult contacting them. This is the second time that I haven’t received my product and no refunds. Better stay away from them. Temu is much better.

I made a purchased on 23 December 2023 worth 151.01 and item was not delivered. due to reason that the status is frozen. Since they cannot deliver I requested a refund and they refused. This company is a scammer. STAY AWAY FAR FAR AWAY from this company.

Al maande in de klins met aliexpress zij hebben diverse pakketen bij elkaar gedaan en zijn ze kwijt en zij kunnen het zien maar geen geld nu weer een half pakketen en aliexpress zeggen het is toch geleverd zo werkt niet pakket is kapot en half 0 sterren ik raad iedreen temu aan als je bij aliexpress het product niet gevonden krijg spreek de seller er op aan krijg je link kun je het bij temu kopen vaak is veilig er beter voor u zelf en veel sneller

I have contacted them several times about several orders. The information on their website for the shipping company is incorrect. The phone number DOES NOT EXIST. The shipping company claimed they called me on a certain date to deliver the package and I have screenshots of my phone log that shows they NEVER called me. The WEBSITE PROVIDE ON ALIEXPRESS for the shipping company does NOT recognize the Tracking number. I messaged AliExpress over their app many times with screenshots to prove all the above. Finally someone gives me the address and phone number of the shipping company (COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from AliExpress app.) I call them and the do NOT recognize the tracking number. So I have no legitimate Tracking number. I have phone numbers that either DO NOT WORK or does not have my package information. Here's the kicker. The shop I bought it from wants to give me a refund. But AliExpress is NOT giving that option to either of us. SO SHOP WANTS TO REFUND BUT ALIEXPRESS REFUSES. DO NOT SHOP FROM THERE. Buy from Tiki, buy from Lazada, buy from SHIEN. I have NEVER had problems with buying from them directly. Aliexpress has not delivered and REFUSES to give a refund. Even if the shop that you purchased from agrees to it.

AliExpress sent an item to an identical street address in a different city. Understandable mistake. But when I asked for a refund, they asked me to prove the item got there. They refused the refund unless I could get a letter from USPS proving I didn't live there, that the item had been delivered to that city and not mine (They claimed tracking numbers weren't enough) and frequently wrote back "Prove it" when I contacted customer service about the item not being delivered. They demanded "photos" of the missing items in order to submit a claim. Their respondes were automated and copy/pasted. Even after they acknowledged it was the wrong address, they asked if I could have "family memebers" try to get it for me, or have USPS "pick it up" from a city 6 hours away instead of refunded an $11 item. I would not trust them in future based upon that poor service.

Scammers When ordering and paying for the goods, the seller simply issued a fake tracking number and did not send the parcel. At the same time, the support service simply lies - that the seller sent the goods, although when tracking the tracking number is clearly written "The seller did not send the order" When purchasing on this platform, be prepared for the fact that half or more of your orders will not arrive (they will simply not be sent, or will get stuck in some transport hub) and you will waste time and money.

Ordered worx092L order #8178549231949813 on 11/3/2023, but received worx092L.9 instead. The battery and the battery charger were not included. Asked for refund, seller asked me if I'm willing to accept the compensation. I clicked on Accept to get ready to talk about the details. But, the dispute case was just closed by AliExpress. I contacted AliExpress. AliExpress asked "The seller lied to you?" and they said that nothing AliExpress can do to help me. I must contact the seller to solve the issue myself. But, the seller stopped to respond to me. I lost some money, but AliExpress lost the customers forever

Please save yourself the headache !!!!!!!!! I usually don't waste my time making these reviews but if it saves another idiot like me from a wasting $$ and a headache then I have to do what's right and warn people. ALIEXPRESS IS A SCAM. I have screen shots to prove it. Tracking # are fake! They act like they are selling things and promise refunds. You will be STUCK. It goes like this: you already pay. It is past delivery date (like a month or so over) and they tell you IT IS STILL ON ITS WAY !, another month goes by, you inquire for a refund and they say ITS ON ITS WAY!, another month goes by, and they say ITLL BE DELIEVERED ON THIS DATE, and you ask for a refund after it has been over 3 months now, same process. You will be STUCK. They do not have the authority to refund you. See screen shots. Nor do they have the authority to contact the dispute team to refund you. See screen shots. NOR DO THEY WANT TOO!!

This platform can NOT be trusted, made a purchase of $400.00. received incomplete set, several time contacted the seller and dispute center, it seems that Ali Express its a Robot Express and nothing else. I have sent the seller and the dispute center the misleading advertisement of the item and the response of the seller that he says it is what it is. Product got caught in customs because it's a medical device (inidividuals are not allowed to import it) and the seller sent it as a nail polisher. Even if you provide proofs, they will keep repeating it is just a delay and it is your responsibility to customs clear it and pay the tax. Even the seller agrees that i will be reimbursed but he does nothing to help. They just ignore whatever proof you bring (sms and emails exchanged with customs) and will repeat the same : currently your product has a delay. It was supposed to arrive in 10 days. It's been a month that it is held in customs and it will not pass for sure.

No stars, I would like to give this shop a pile of dog exretion as reward. I have never received this item, they have falsified a tracking number with an official stamp, really funny. Following the Chinese tracking company, it says that the package has been delivered to Germany, so I asked seller to provide my signuture against my dispute, they did not have. Furthermore there is another tracking number which provided by German Post, not trackable. In dispute, the refused my claim twice by misjudgement: I claimed that it says the package was delivered, but I have not received is invalid. They refused my claim which I have never made: the package is still in transit is invalid, no refund. Don't touch this shop!!!

Me robaron mi dinero, no hay información de seguimiento, el producto nunca llegó a mi país ya que la empresa de envíos local no tiene trazabilidad de la supuesta guía de envío UN023115177MH, en la empresa de envío Cainiao tampoco aparece información de seguimiento desde hace 2 meses, puse el reclamo con la poca evidencia que tenía y no quisieron reembolsarme, el vendedor dijo que si no llegaba en el tiempo acordado me reembolsaría y esto nuca pasó. No lo recomiendo, vendedor ladrón y Aliexpress también, la supuesta protección al comprador no existe.

Bought an article of clothing online. The clothing was too small. Sizes vary from country to country as we know. I attempted to return the item because it was small. Didn't think it would take SEVERAL messages and texts with agents to still have to PROVE that the clothing doesn't fit. Asking me to measure myself and and then measure the article of clothing?! No reputable store does this. You don't like something you have the receipt and are returning in the allowed time frame and you get your refund and go on. PLEASE, STOP BUYING FROM CHINA - ALIBABA - ALIEXPRESS , ETC. THEY ARE ALL SCAMMERS . Aliexpress became such a thief and scammer with their rude and tricky sellers that take your money but never ship your orders and also provide you fake tracking numbers to not be able to track your orders and as their system on the website aliexpress shows the standard page like the parcel arrived to your local post office ( even if you check every day but no package there ) , they keep on saying the same thing to you , even if they know themselves too that is a lie because the simple shippings ( in case that the seller really shipped the order for true ) that have invalid tracking numbers ( starting with letter "U" ) , nobody can track that parcel as long as it leaves China. The sellers use to block the buyers lately just to not be bothered anymore and to avoid to give your money back and also in any dispute or appeal you open , Aliexpress steps in closing the dispute with no result saying tgat you didn't provide enough evidences that your parcel didn't arrive ( even if i sent them print screens with a lot of proves that the tracking number is not valid in your country or other country apart China and they know that very well, they even ask you for illegal documents like a stamped document from your post office where they declare that the parcel didn't arrive ..So who would ask such a stupidity ? Oh , yeah..only a chinesse sick mind would ask such a stupid thing ! My local post office staff told me very clear that no bog company can sign such a document to declare somethig that's cannot verify, so, as long as your parcel is a simple shippment with an invalid tracking number or your tracking number is fake , nobody can check such a thing. I've also contacted Hungary post office with the email adress provided to my account (even if that has no connection with my country ) and they told me that they also cannot track or find such a parcel with an invalid tracking number . So please , stop buying aything from Aliexpress if you don't want to lose your money and get headaches and a lot of stress because lately you have no way or any methode to contact Aliexpress and even if you go to Help Center there is only a stupid bot Eva that doesn't help you at all as it has only sandard options and as long as you are in such a situation and the seller blocked you or doesn't respond to you , aliexpress also takes off the option to contact a live agent in that chat ( no metters how much you are trying ) , that button " chat with live agent " never shows up anymore . I had to go to my husband account to try to contact them and i reached up an agent that passed me forward to other agent then the second one pased me to another and so on but none of them is willing to do something for you to help. They are aware of the situation but they don't care. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ALIEXPRESS ANYMORE AND ALSO NOT BUYING ANYTHING MADE IN CHINA..I HOPE THEY LOSE THEIR BUSINESS AND ALIEXPRESS TO GET BURNED OFF AT ALL..BECAUSE NOBODY SHOULD BUY ANYTHNG FROM THESE THIEVES ANYMORE !

I've purchased a few items through AliExpress but had a bad experience with the purchase of a laser pointer. It was non-functional straight out from the container and I made a short video showing it didn't work by showing a functioning light, taking the battery out, and using the battery in the laser pointer and it didn't turn on regardless of what I did. Despite showing it was obviously faulty, they chose to disregard that and deny me a refund. Therefore, the phrase "caveat emptor", or "buyer beware", is very appropriate for AliExpress and its associated vendors. Don't spend any substantial amount of money on any of their products because you may receive junk or cardboard pieces that are nothing short of fraudulent practices and lose your money to someone that doesn't deserve it.

Order: 3024525344689142. I haven't received package!! And the seller doesn't want to provide a solution by sending a replacement or refunding my money. Neither does Ali Express want to help. They both keep telling me to contact the local post office which I have done multiple times! The local post office was very accommodating and told me the package was lost and even provided me with an official declaration. They said the claim can only be filled by the SELLER and NOT ME. Now I have lost my money and don't have an item. After having to explain myself for every day the last 2 weeks and hoping there would be a solution to this, I give up. It is not worth it to waste my time and effort on this anymore. Hope to someday see my money back, but if it doesn't come back I will see it as a donation. I always thought customer support will provide help even if the seller doesn't want to. The customer support is very stingy and does not provide any refund or help, just a nice conversation.

I made a purchase online with AliExpress for $109.27 on 6-14-2023 & was supposed to have received 8 Disney shirts (purchased for my Disney Cruise which is on 8-1-2023) by 7-6-2023 and NO Later than 7-11-2023 per their "on-time guarantee" delivery. I have contacted the seller, AliExpress, ACI (shipping partner that claims USPS has it), and USPS (which claims the shipping partner has it) and NO one knows where this pkg is BUT AliExpress claims the carrier is trying to deliver it, and wants me to wait til 8-18-2023 for delivery of these items that I purchased on 6-14-2023 that has been "out for delivery" since 6-26-2023. AliExpress nor the sellers are able or willing to give me any information as to where this package is, what carrier has this package, or an ETA for this package. I only receive daily emails claiming to be "shipping updates" - I have yet to receive my refund or the order. AliExpress claims to have purchase protection for its consumers but I have yet to receive a refund for the goods I paid for on 6-14-2023 and per the website "on-time guarantee" delivery. which my order has been "out for delivery" since 6-26-2023

The seller lied to me and sent the wrong item. I ordered 9kg item, he sent 4.5kg item instead. He asked me to send him 30 more dollars, so he can send the right item. Aliexpress asked me to return the item, seller pays return postage. Checked with Royal Mail, Parcel Force, UPS, Fedex it was more than the item cost. £62 item (same price for return postage). Tried to contact Aliexpress multiple times, you just cannot get in touch with them at all, their chatbot Eva is useless. Aliexpress is a scam website if you have a problem and want to return an item. They will not help you. In the terms and conditions it was said that if the return cost is higher than the item cost, contact Aliexpress for the solution, but it was impossible to contact them, chatbot never transfers you to the live agent. It works as a scam.
