Ordered a new driver after 4pm so knew it would not arrive the next day, but would have thought it would arrive the day after. No shipping confirmation arrived, to be told the item was being dispatched from one of the stores, the lady in customer services checked if they had sorted this out....No. Order cancelled. Very disappointed. Order now placed with a competitor.

Still waiting for my Grandsons golf clubs, ordered just after Christmas 27th. Promised 3-4 weeks, Now been waiting 10 weeks! Customer service, absolute rubbish. Don’t want apologies, just want my Grandsons clubs🤬

Worst customer service/ communication from any company I have ever dealt with, ordered some golf balls on Dec 19th and paid for next day delivery as they were a Xmas present. Tracking stated delivery on Dec 21st, never arrived and no further tracking updates. Emailed, messaged and called AG and received automated replys stating 48 to 72hrs for reply. I eventually managed to get thru to customer service phone line and was told I'm not entitled to any refunds not even the next day delivery as they had despatched them next day!!! Correct me if I'm wrong but I paid for next day delivery not Despatch.... No further updates received via email, luckily I paid via PayPal so opened a case with them, 16 days later I received the refund but no communication whatsoever from AG, absolute disgrace I will never shop with them again, unfortunate as I was scheduled for a club fitting but I'll now take my business elsewhere. Avoid at all costs

Sorry to say but this is my first and last dealings with American golf. Just looked up who seems to be in charge of this shambles of a after sales department. He knows who he is so get finger from up your backside and sort it out.

Paid for next day delivery 6 days ago, still waiting for item. Contacted customer service 4 days ago still waiting for a response. Useless.

They have an issue with their declared stock levels on their website, so will process your order and then email to say items are out of stock. I have checked 3 times and declared items actually out of stock. They still expect you to pay the delivery charges when back in stock (which would have previously been free with original order). no response via customer chat line. No resolution with customer service and no availiability of a manager or supervisor to resolve.

American Golf are a terrible company. Custom fit irons ordered in May, was advised orders take between 3 to 4 weeks to be made and delivered. It has now gone 3 months, with the Salisbury branch unable to provide an update to when I will be receiving the clubs.

I've had the same problem with Gift Cards, to me it's legal robery. A few people bought me Gifts Cards as Birthday presents and I put them to one side only to find out that after one year they expire. They've had the cash, it's cost them nothing to hold it and then tell you it's not available anymore. I will never use the store ever again.

Ordered my clubs with leeds branch and up until then I had spent a fortune with them on woods/drivers etc. Told 5 week lead time qhich was fine thwn got told had shipped after 2 weeks so thought great early deliver then went on Tues nothing Thurs nothing Tues nothing etc for 3 weeks. Spoke to manager and it was the manufacturer fault spoke to regional manager who said I had lied and it wasn't 3 weeks. No apology just poor customer service from 2 week in and no acceptance for the issue just fobbed off. Never ever order clubs from them again or recommend them.

Ordered custom fit driver on 1st June 4 week delivery eventually received driver few days late wrong shaft fitted on club after 4 phone calls and numerous emails nobody can give me an answer on when I will receive correct shaft totally shambolic customer service do not go near this company

Ordered a new set of iron's at AG Milton Keynes. Once I'd paid the deposit the service was atrocious. A long line of false promises and failure to return calls after my clubs had been lost at their distribution centre. Even when I eventually collected my clubs they said that I would get a call to discuss the problems with the service I received. Still waiting though.

These reviews are what I am experiencing. The company is a joke. What the reviews are saying are so true. They never phone back when they say and head office do nothing. The company is a joke

Told as my clubs were standard they should be in within 2 weeks max, 7 weeks later told they were on their way to shop and guaranteed delivery 3 days ago...... Same the following day and same today, still not in. Was lied to upon purchasing and then multiple times since. Never shopping there again. My fault really as i said never again when i got my first set fitted by them, then went to ping a month later after not feeling they were right and ping said they were 2 degrees upright and should have been 2 degrees down, 4 degrees out is alot in the world of golf!

I was given a gift card at the start of the pandemic lockdown, it was put to one side as all the outlets were closed, unfortunately it was forgotten, having found it American Golf are refusing to honour it as it has now expired. So American Golf have trousered ÂŁ80.00 pound for supplying nothing, so why do the gift cards have an expiry date when the card is undated? My advice never buy a gift card from these people their actions smack of sharp practice

If I could use a minus I would! Ordered irons, a bag and glove. Received an email advising items dispatched followed by an email advising refund being processed as irons out of stock. Called customer service who promised it was a mistake and all items had been dispatched. 3 times they were asked I'd it was ALL items. Next day.....bag and glove arrived but NO CLUBS! Called again to complain and complaints department is the same as the customer service. No offer of an alternative and wouldn't admit we had been lied to! Will never buy from them again. Customer Service is worse than appalling and the staff are patronising and rude.

The worst business I have ever dealt with. Placed an order custom fit irons and fold up to 6 weeks. 12.5 weeks later and still no order or any update. Failed to even speak to me, told me they would call and never do, ignore emails. I can’t believe how badly they treat a customer…

Had a problem with a trolley that developed a fault after just a handful of uses. Had to return at my own expense for them to repair which took ages. Nobody contacted me I had to chase often. Finally got the trolley back and it broke again after one use. Still waiting for a resolution. Terrible customer service and blatantly ignoring consumer rights and UK law when it comes to purchases. I’ve had a lot of positive experiences with American Golf in the past but never again.

I ordered a club for a very important birthday and paid for Saturday delivery. This did not arrive until the Tuesday which then missed the occasion purchased for. I did not get any delivery notices until the day after it was delivered. The driver also knocked and then left it outside our house - luckily I was upstairs so managed to bring it into the house to safety before it had the chance to be stolen. I called customer services on the Monday re late delivery but no one got back in touch. I have tried to call for my delivery to be refunded - but they were shut at 16.10pm on a Friday although the lines state they are open 9am-5pm mon to friday. A very disappointing experience and I would not recommend buying from them online. I still have yet to hear from anyone so I shall try again tomorrow I guess. 1 STAR given and that is being generous!

Do not use website. I ordered 2 trousers and top 3 days after order told by confusing email that both trousers were not in stock. Called direct and they have no idea what stock they have. Go to shop direct.
