Diabolical service and false advertising. The app said my item was available from the next day but once I ordered (and they had my money) the receipt said not available until next week.
The chat service is pointless and they don’t refund for up to 7 days.
They must make money just from the money they keep while waiting to refund you.
Lesson learnt, never again.

That was way above the original charge which surprised me but customer service said even though they have left me with no means of cooking my only option was to order a new cooker and they could do nothing more.
